These approaches have been employed for synthesis of bone tissue engineering scaffolds in the case of either materials or synthesis methods. In this study, an apatite phase has been synthesized within gelatin hydrogel in biomimetic condition. The obtained composite hydrogel has changed to a porous scaffold with the application of freeze drying technique in order to be used in bone tissue engineering. To characterize the chemical composition and crystal structure of the synthesized precipitate within hydrogel, FTIR, XRD and TEM analysis were used. Surface morphology and porous structure of the scaffold were studied with SEM. SEM analysis was also used to investigate the quality of cultured osteoblast cells activity. Results approved formation of an apatite phase within gelatin hydrogel in biomimetic condition with crystallite size ranging between 7-10 nm. Porosity percentage of the obtained nanocomposite scaffold was about 82% with pores sizes in the range of 100-350μm. Young’s elastic modulus of the scaffold was comparable with that of the spongy bone. The osteoblast cells cultured on the scaffold showed adhesion, immigration and extracellular matrix excretion on the scaffold internal surfaces. Thus, obtained results indicated the potential ability of the prepared biomimetic bone tissue engineering scaffold to be used in bone tissue repair process.}, keywords = {Biomimetic,Apatite,Gelatin,Scaffold,Bone tissue engineering}, title_fa = {ساخت داربست نانوکامپوزیتی ژلاتین/آپاتیت از طریق یک روش زیست تقلیدی}, abstract_fa = {طی دهه گذشته، استفاده از رویکرد زیست تقلیدی در ساخت جایگزین های بافتی مورد توجه محققان قرار گرفته است. در ساخت عمده داربست های مهندسی بافت استخوان نیز از نظر نوع مواد مصرفی و همچنین روش سنتز تلاش شده تا از این قاعده پیروی شود. در این مقاله سنتز نوعی فاز آپاتیتی در میان زمینه هیدروژل ژلاتین در شرایط زیست تقلیدی ارائه شده است. کامپوزیت حاصل طی فرایند خشک سازی انجمادی به صورت داربستی متخلخل برای بافت استخوان در آمد. به منظور مشخصه یابی محصول از نظر ترکیب شیمیایی و ساختار بلورین از آزمون های طیف سنجی فروسرخ، پراش پرتو ایکس و میکروسکوپ الکترونی عبوری استفاده شد. ریخت شناخت سطحی و هم چنین نحوه اتصال و رشد سلول های استخوانی روی سطح داربست، با استفاده از میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی بررسی شد. نتایج به دست آمده نشان دادند که در شرایط زیست تقلیدی اعمال شده فاز آپاتیتی نانوبلورین با کریستالیت های به اندازه 10-7 nm در میان هیدروژل ژلاتین سنتز شده اند. داربست به دست آمده دارای 82% تخلخل با ابعاد حفرات 350-100 mm و ضریب ارتجاعی در محدوده استخوان اسفنجی بوده و کشت سلول های استخوانی روی داربست، حاکی از اتصال، مهاجرت و ترشح ماده زمینه خارج سلولی به وسیله آنها بوده است. بنابراین نتایج به دست آمده قابلیت بالقوه استفاده از داربست ساخته شده برای ترمیم بافت استخوان را تائید می کند.}, keywords_fa = {زیست تقلیدی,آپاتیت,ژلاتین,داربست,مهندسی بافت استخوان}, url = {https://www.ijbme.org/article_13338.html}, eprint = {https://www.ijbme.org/article_13338_2a64b8e8ff81adee53d0556964e1c3d1.pdf} }
