Thus, the examination of effective factors in syrinx development is so important for controlling this desease. One of clinical assumptions related to the reason of syrinx development, considers the propagation of pressure wave shock in subarachnoid-space fluid as the main reason for fluid motion in syrinx and syrinx development and increasing damage to spinal cord. Modeling and analysis have been performed to test the theory in this research using finite element method. So a 3d model was created including syrinx, spinal cord, cerebrospinal-fluid in subarachnoid-space, dura mater and stenosis. Pressure puls stimulation was applied to the superior surface of the subarachnoid-space fluid model simulating arterial puls of skull. Cerebrospinal-fluid has been assumed as a Newtonian fluid with laminar flow. The solid phase has been considered to be linear elastic. The fluid-solid interface was analized using ADINA software and fluid flow characteristics were extracted including velocity and pressure field as well as tissue stresses. Results show that pressure wave propagation in subarachnoid-space fluid causes the induction of motion in syrinx fluid, and stress concentration is created in spinal tissue due to the fluid cessation in syrinx and increasing local pressure, however these stress values are lower than spinal tissue strength and pressure wave propagation in this situation cannot be the main reason of syrinx development. }, keywords = {cerebrospinal-fluid hydrodynamics,finite element method,pressure wave propagation,syrinx}, title_fa = {تحلیل عددی مدل سه‌بعدی طناب نخاعی در شرایط بیماری سیرنگومیلی با استفاده از روش بر‌هم‌کنش سیال و جامد}, abstract_fa = {بزرگ شدن سیرینکس در بیماری سیرنگومیلی، باعث بروز آسیب نورولوژیکی پیشرونده میشود؛ بنابراین، بررسی عوامل دخیل در توسعة سیرینکس، در یافتن روش‌هایی برای کنترل این بیماری بسیار اهمیت دارد. یکی از فرضیات بالینی مهم در رابطه با علت توسعة سیرینکس، انتشار موج شوک فشار در سیال فضای ساب‌آراکنوئید را عامل اصلی حرکت سیال داخل سیرینکس و در طولانی‌مدت، توسعة سیرینکس و آسیب فزاینده به نخاع، می‌داند. مدل‌سازی و تحلیل حاضر در راستای آزمودن این فرضیه و به کمک روش المان محدود انجام شده است؛ به این ترتیب که یک مدل سه‌بعدی، شامل سیرینکس، طناب نخاعی، سیال مغزی-نخاعی در فضای ساب‌آراکنوئید، لایة سخت‌شامه و گرفتگی، ایجاد شد. تحریک پالس فشار به سطح بالایی مدل سیال فضای ساب‌آراکنوئید، که تأثیر پالس شریانی جمجمه‌ای را شبیه‌سازی میکرد، اعمال شد. سیال مغزی-نخاعی، به‌صورت نیوتنی و جریان آن، به‌صورت لایه‌ای فرض شد. رفتار جامد نیز، الاستیک خطی در‌نظر‌گرفته شد. تحلیل برهم‌کنش سیال و جامد توسط نرم‌افزار ADINA اجرا شده و مشخصات جریان سیال، شامل میدان سرعت و فشار و همچنین تنش‌های ایجاد‌شده در بافت‌ها، استخراج شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که انتشار موج فشار در سیال فضای ساب‌آراکنوئید، به القای حرکت در سیال سیرینکس منجر می‌شود و با توقف سیال در انتهای سیرینکس، افزایش فشار موضعی به ایجاد تمرکز تنش در بافت نخاعی می‌انجامد؛ اما مقادیر این تنش‌ها، کمتر از حد تحمل بافت نخاعی است و انتشار موج فشار در این شرایط، نمی‌تواند عامل اصلی توسعة سیرینکس باشد.}, keywords_fa = {هیدرودینامیک سیال مغزی-نخاعی,روش المان محدود,انتشار موج فشار,سیرینکس}, url = {https://www.ijbme.org/article_27693.html}, eprint = {https://www.ijbme.org/article_27693_b779b1569a6258f169a563b456b4b7f0.pdf} }
