In this assumption, the history of loadings are not considered in that the history of strains and stresses will not analyzed properly. Therefore, in the first part of this paper, three models of elastic in spherical geometry have been developed to the viscoelastic models. By simulations and comparing the results with the experimental data of MCF-10A (breast-cancer cell), which is derived by Atomic Force Microscopy, it is revealed that viscoelastic models are more accurate than elastic models in the force-indentation curves. Then, according to the fact that most bacteria's geometry is cylindrical, contact theory for a sphere and cylinder have been developed and simulated for three groups of nanobacteria (Epidermidis, SallyVirus, and Aureus). By comparing simulations results with experimental data we observe that elastic models are not reasonable and contacts radius in viscoelastic model are smaller than they were for elastic models. }, keywords = {Atomic Force Microscopy,Viscoelastic Contact Theory,Elastic Contact Theory,Cylindrical Geometry,Bacteria,MCF-10A}, title_fa = {توسعه‌ی تئوری تماسی ویسکوالاستیک برای میکرو/نانوذرات زیستی استوانه‌ای}, abstract_fa = {در اغلب تئوریهای تماس، که از پرکاربردترین آن‌ها میتوان به سه مدل هرتز،DMT و JKR اشاره کرد، ذرات زیستی به‌صورت جسم کروی الاستیک در نظر گرفته شدهاند که این فرض مناسبی نیست. الاستیک در نظر گرفتن ذرات زیستی منجر به نادیده گرفتن تاریخچه‌ی بارگذاری میشود که در نتیجه‌ی آن، تاریخچه‌ی تنشها و کرنشهای وارد بر ماده مورد بررسی قرار نمیگیرد. بنابراین، در بخش اول به توسعه‌ی سه مدل بیان شده، از حالت الاستیک به ویسکوالاستیک در هندسه‌ی کروی پرداخته شد. شبیهسازی و مقایسه‌ی این سری تئوری با دادههای تجربی به دست آمده از آزمایش دندانهگذاری سلول سرطانی MCF-10A به‌وسیله‌ی میکروسکوپ نیروی اتمی در این مقاله، نشان داد که حالت ویسکوالاستیک نسبت به حالت الاستیک پیشبینی بهتری را از رفتار نیرو-دندانهگذاری این سلول ارائه میدهد. سپس، با توجه به اینکه اکثر باکتریها دارای هندسهای نزدیک به استوانه هستند، اقدام به توسعه و مدلسازی تئوری‌های تماسی ویسکوالاستیک برای تماس یک کره و یک استوانه شد. پس از آن، به شبیهسازی تماس الاستیک و ویسکوالاستیک برای سه دسته‌ی نانوباکتری اپیدرمیدیس، سالیویروس و آئروس، با استفاده از سری دوم تئوریهای توسعه داده‌شده پرداخته شد. مقایسه‌ی نتایج شبیهسازی تماس الاستیک و ویسکوالاستیک با نتایج آزمایشگاهی موجود (دندانهگذاری به‌وسیله‌ی میکروسکوپ نیروی اتمی)، نشان داد که در نظر گرفتن حالت الاستیک برای شبیهسازی تماس نانوذرات زیستی مناسب نبوده و نتایج غیردقیقی را ارائه میدهد. هم‌چنین، مقایسه‌ی نمودار شعاع تماس برحسب عمق دندانهگذاری در دو تئوری الاستیک و ویسکوالاستیک نشان داد که به ازای میزان شعاع تماسی ایجادشده‌ی یک‌سان، میزان عمق دندانهگذاری در حالت الاستیک از ویسکوالاستیک بیشتر است.}, keywords_fa = {میکروسکوپ نیروی اتمی,تئوری تماسی ویسکوالاستیک,تئوری تماسی الاستیک,هندسه‌ی استوانه‌ای,باکتری,MCF-10A}, url = {https://www.ijbme.org/article_31160.html}, eprint = {https://www.ijbme.org/article_31160_060e9f53f02e5ad6f3c6e70972ed44ed.pdf} }
