It seems that human reaching movements are composed of a set of submovements, each of which is a correction of the overall movement trajectory. Therefore, it is possible to interpret complex movements, learning, adaptability and other features of the motion control system using submovements. The purpose of this study is predicting and generating planar reaching movements using a realistic model similar to the actual mechanism of human movement and based on the submovement. The data used consists of different replications of four types of planar movement Performed by three healthy subjects. After the preprocessing and phasing, the movements decomposed to minimum-jerk submovement. In the next step, the training of three distinct neural networks was carried out to learn the submovement parameters including the amplitude, duration, and initiation time. Finally, the ANNs were combined to form a closed-loop model that generated accurate reaching movements based on the error correction. The target access rate for all predicted movements by the closed loop model was 100%. Also, the mean distance to the target, the VAF, and the mean MSE error between the predicted and main movement trajectory showed that the predicted movements are a good approximation of the main movements. The results showed that when trained neural networks with submovements, were placed in a closed loop model, they were able to predict proper submovements for complete access to targets due to the compensation of propagated errors from the previous steps. The results of this study can be used to improve motor rehabilitation methods.}, keywords = {Submovement,Reaching,Neural network,Minimum Jerk,Error Correction,rehabilitation}, title_fa = {تشکیل حرکت دست‌رسانی در صفحه با استفاده از مدل پیش‌بینی زیرحرکت}, abstract_fa = {پیشبینی درست مسیر مطلوب حرکتی در سیستمهای کنترل و بازتوانی حرکت مانند تحریک الکتریکی عمل‌کردی و رباتدرمانی بسیار ضروری میباشد. به نظر میرسد که حرکات دسترسانی انسان متشکل از مجموعهای از زیرحرکات است که هر زیرحرکت تصحیحی از مسیر کلی حرکت میباشد. با استفاده از زیرحرکات میتوان انجام حرکات پیچیده، یادگیری، تطبیقپذیری و دیگر ویژگیهای سیستم کنترل حرکت را تفسیر نمود. هدف این پژوهش پیشبینی و تولید حرکات دسترسانی دوجزئی در صفحه با استفاده از مدلی شبیه به مکانیسم واقعی تولید حرکات انسان و بر مبنای زیرحرکت می‌باشد. دادگان مورد استفاده شامل تکرارهای مختلف چهار نوع حرکت دسترسانی در صفحه از سه سوژه است. پس از پیشپردازش و فازبندی حرکات، تجزیه‌ی حرکات به زیرحرکت‌های کمینه‌ی جرک انجام شده است. در مرحله‌ی بعد، آموزش سه شبکه‌ی عصبی مجزا برای یادگیری پارامترهای زیرحرکت‌ها شامل دامنه، دوره و زمان شروع زیرحرکات انجام شده، شبکههای عصبی در ترکیب یک مدل حلقه‌ی بسته قرار گرفته و پیشبینی حرکات بر اساس مدل تصحیح خطا با استفاده از زیرحرکات توسط این مدل صورت گرفته است. نرخ دست‌رسی به هدف برای تمام حرکات پیشبینی شده توسط مدل زیرحرکت برابر با 100% به دست آمده است. هم‌چنین مقادیر میانگین فاصله از هدف، درصد VAF و میانگین خطای MSE بین مسیرهای حرکتی اصلی و پیشبینی شده نشان می‌دهد که حرکات پیشبینی شده با تقریب بسیار خوبی نسبت به حرکات اصلی تشکیل شدهاند. نتایج نشان میدهد که وقتی شبکههای عصبی آموزش داده شده با زیرحرکات در یک مدل حلقه‌ی بسته قرار گیرند به دلیل جبرانسازی خطاهای منتشر شده از مراحل قبل، به خوبی می‌توانند زیرحرکات مناسبی را برای دست‌رسی کامل به اهداف حرکتی پیشبینی کنند. از نتایج این مطالعه میتوان برای بهبود روشهای بازتوانی حرکتی استفاده نمود. }, keywords_fa = {زیرحرکت,دست‌رسانی,شبکه‌ی عصبی,کمینه‌ی جرک,جبران خطا,بازتوانی}, url = {https://www.ijbme.org/article_36731.html}, eprint = {https://www.ijbme.org/article_36731_c1503b88aa3a93d5c14c3d781946af09.pdf} }
