We used time-varying synergy theory in which assumed that the relative activation between muscles is time-varying, to investigate the combination of activation patterns of muscles in twelve 3-D hand-held exercises by Flexi-Bar using Anybody Technology software (A/S, Aalborg, Denmark). Using activation of 12 muscles and the moment across the joint as an input matrix for the optimization procedure to extract functional time-varying synergies, time delays and amplitude coefficients, the achieved 5 tonic and phasic synergies explained 79% of the data variation. Matching pursuit procedure and non-negative least square used to find timing shifts and amplitude coefficients respectively. Considering a new exercise out of the primary database, 60% of the activation patterns reconstructed using time-varying synergies. Although the extracted synergies seem to be directionally tuned, the results show that due to the same velocity in all exercises and also because the torque which that was applied due to the weight of the bar and arm on the joint is not significant, both timing shifts and separation phasic-tonic parts of the activation patterns provide no further explanation on CNS behavior and finding them causes unnecessary computational cost. Future study can focus on the comparison of synergies between two or more groups of exercises by the Flexi-Bar such as holding the bar vertically or horizontally with swinging it up and down or back and forth.}, keywords = {Time-Varying Synergies,Phasic and Tonic Synergies,functional synergies,shoulder}, title_fa = {تاثیر تمرین با میله‌ی منعطف بر سینرجی‌های عمل‌کردی متغیر با زمان تونیک و فازیک عضلات شانه}, abstract_fa = {شانه به دلیل داشتن درجه‌های آزادی متعدد، یک مفصل پیچیده در سیستم اسکلتی عضلانی به حساب می‌آید. در این مقاله سعی شده است تا با استفاده از تئوری سینرجی‌های متغیر با زمان، مشخص شود که اعصاب مرکزی برای ایجاد حرکت در شانه چگونه بر پیچیدگی‌های کنترلی مساله فائق می‌آید. در این راستا، تمرین‌هایی در یک فضای سه‌بعدی اطراف بدن همراه با حرکت رفت و برگشتی میله‌ی منعطف در نرم‌افزار Anybody مدل‌سازی شده، سطوح فعالیت 12 عضله‌ی منتخب در کنار گشتاور آن‌ها حول مفصل به عنوان خروجی ثبت گردیده و نتایج تحت یک ماتریس کلی طبق مفهوم سینرجی‌های عمل‌کردی به عنوان ورودی به یک الگوریتم بهینه‌سازی گرادیان محور جهت تعیین بردارهای سینرجی اعمال شده است. شیفت‌های زمانی با روش matching pursuit و ضرایب بزرگی با روش non-negative least square در هر مرحله از حل به دست آمده است. با کمک معیار R2، 5 سینرجی تونیک و 5 سینرجی فازیک انتخاب شده است که توانایی بازسازی 79% از کل داده‌ها و نیز توانایی بازسازی الگوی فعالیت عضلات مربوط به یک تمرین غیر از تمرین‌های اولیه را با دقت 60%  دارند. هر یک از سینرجی‌ها همراه با عضلات فعال در آن، در بخش‌های مشخصی از فضای فعال بوده‌اند. عضله‌ی serratus در اکثر سینرجی‌ها فعال بوده که اهمیت این عضله در انجام تمرینات با میله را نشان می‌دهد. در سینرجی 1، عضلات اکستنسوری سه‌سر فعال بوده اما عضله‌ی فلکسوری-ابداکتوری دوسر در محدوده‌ی سینرجی‌های 4 و 5 در فضای بالای سر فعال شده است. شکل‌گیری ترکیب آگونستیک و آنتاگونستیک بین دو یا چند سینرجی و نیز شکل‌گیری الگوی هم‌کاری متغیر با زمان بین عضلات در هر سینرجی در طول حرکت از دیگر نتایج این تحقیق است. این تحقیق نشان داده که پیچیدگی محاسباتی یافتن شیفت‌های زمانی به دلیل یک‌سان بودن سرعت در تمام تمرین‌ها و نیز جدا کردن بخش‌های تونیک و فازیک به دلیل گشتاور کم وزن دست و میله حول مفصل، نتوانسته درک نورولوژیک جدیدی را ارائه دهد اما به کارگیری سینرجی‌های عمل‌کردی برای تحلیل‌های دقیق‌تر موثر بوده است.}, keywords_fa = {سینرجی‌های متغیر با زمان,سینرجی‌های تونیک و فازیک,سینرجی‌های عمل‌کردی,شانه}, url = {https://www.ijbme.org/article_39899.html}, eprint = {https://www.ijbme.org/article_39899_a12633faa833a88ff907b2dddead2941.pdf} }
