مدل محیط پیوسته برای جریان اکتین _ مایسین
ناحیه جلویی سلول تحت عنوان لملیپودیال به دو قسمت ب هنام های لملوم و لملیپودیوم، تقسیم بندی می شود. جریان های داخلی موجود در این ناحیه، نقشی اساسی در حرکات بیرونی سلولی ایفا م یکنند. در واقع، تعداد بسیار زیادی رشته های پروتئینی به نام اکتین در لملوم و لملیپودیوم سلول وجود دارد، که با پلیمرایز شدن در لبه جلویی سلول، موجب پیشروی آن می شوند. رشته های اکتینی توسط نواحی چسبندگی به محیط بیرونی سلول متصل شده و با آن در ارتباط هستند. المان دیگری که با شبکه رشته ای اکتین در ارتباط است، موتور پروتئی نهای مایسین می باشند که در دینامیک این شبکه نقشی اساسی برعهده دارند. در واقع، مایسی نها با اعمال تنش های کششی بر رشت ههای اکتینی آ نها را تحت تأثیر قرار داده و موجب ایجاد جریا نهای عق بروند و جل ورونده شبکه اکتینی در داخل سلول می گردند. در مقاله حاضر، ما مدلی دوبعدی از ناحیه جلویی یک سلول با سرعت بالا، که پوست ماهی را تشکیل داده و هندسه ای بادبزنی شکل دارد (سلول کراتوسیت)، برای بررسی الگوی جریان اکتینی، در نظر گرفت هایم. در این مدل، شبکه اکتینی به عنوان یک سیال نیوتنی فرض شده است. ما همچنین، تأثیر موتور پروتئین های مایسین و سرعت پیشروی سلول را بر جریان اکتین مورد بررسی قرار داده ایم. به طور کلی، نتایج حاضر شامل الگوی جریان اکتین و توزیع مایسین درون سلول متحرک و مشخص نمودن رابطه بین آن ها است. این نتایج، با داده های آزمایشگاهی گزارش شده و نتایج عددی دیگر، کاملاً مطابقت داشته و مورد مقایسه قرار گرفته اند.

بررسی عددی تأثیر انعطاف پذیری دیواره دولایه ای متخلخل بر روی جریان فیلتراسیون در جریان ضربانی وغیرنیوتنی خون از یک شریانکاروتیدبا گرفتگی متقارن
در لایه های دیواره شریان بوده و این تجمع نیز متأثر از LDL پارامترهای جریان خون همواره متأثر از مکان و شکل تجمع ذرات جریان فیلتراسیون خون در لایه های دیواره شریان است. در این مقاله به منظور بررسی اثر انعطاف پذیری بر روی جریان فیلتراسیون در جریان ضربانی و غیر نیوتنی خون از یک شریان کاروتید با گرفتگی متقارن و با دیواره دو لایه ای انعطاف پذیر متخلخل، از مدل استفاده شده و نتایج آن با نتایج حاصله از مدل دیواره صلب و (PFSI) حل اجزای محدود همراه با برهمکنش سیال و جامد متخلخل مقایسه شده است. پارامترهای مورد مطالعه در این بررسی برای سه شدت گرفتگی متفاوت انجام شده (Porous Rigid متخلخل (مدل کاهش داشته است. Porous Rigid نسبت به مدل PFSI است. نتایج حاصل نشان می دهد که تنش برشی دیواره حدود 22 % در مدل در نواحی قبل و بعد از Porous Rigid نسبت به مدل PFSI همچنین سرعت فیلتراسیون در دیواره متخلخل شریان حاصله از مدل ناحیه گرفتگی، افزایش زیادی در حدود 20 % داشته است، ولی تفاوت سرعت فیلتراسیون بین دو مدل، در ناحیه گرفتگی شریان بسیار ناچیز بوده است.

طراحی، تحلیل و شبیه سازی عملکرد یک مکانیزم حرکتی ساده و مؤثر برای دستگاه تمرین راه رفتن
استفاده از تابش مایکروویو به عنوان یک روش کمکی برای کاهش زمان سنتز و رسیدن به ساختاری همگنتر، از رویکردهای جدید در سنتز پودرهای کلسیمفسفات دوفازی است. در این پژوهش مشخصهیابی نانوپودرهای کلسیمفسفات دوفازی سنتز شده به کمک مایکروویو انجام شد. تغییرات فازی، ترکیب شیمیایی، مورفولوژی و اندازه ذرات توسط تکنیکهای پراش پرتو ایکس، اسپکتروسکوپی مادون قرمز با انتقال فوریه، و و میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی بررسی شدند. نتایج حاکی از آن بود که استفاده از مایکروویو به عنوان یک کمک سنتز منجر به بهبود میزان بلورینگی شده و اندازه بلورکها در محدوده 16 تا 27 میلیمتر افزایش مییابد. میزان فاز هیدروکسیآپاتیت نیز در کلسیمفسفاتهای دوفازی در محدوده 5 تا 17 درصد تغییر کرده است. نمونه تولید شده در محلول مایع شبیهسازی شده بدن قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که با حضور بتاتریکلسیمفسفات ph محلول کاهش مییابد که خود گویای رفتار زیستتخریبپذیری آن است. همچنین جوانهزنی و رشد ذرات هیدروکسیآپاتیت بر روی نمونههای بتاتریکلسیمفسفات سنتز شده به کمک مایکروویو، پس از قرارگیری در محلول اسبیاف به مورفولوژی میلهایشکل رسیدند.

بررسی فاکتورهای مؤثر بر فعالیت الکتروکاتالیستی در حسگر نیکوتین
الکترود کربن شیشه ای اصلاح شده با نانولوله کربنی عامل دار شده و نانوذرات مس می تواند نیکوتین را به طریق الکتروشیمیایی اندازه گیری کند. اکسایش الکتروشیمیایی نیکوتین در سطح الکترودهای معمولی بسیار کند است، از این رو نمی توان آنها را در سطح الکترودهای معمولی به روش الکتروشیمیایی تعیین و اندازه گیری نمود. بنابراین برای تسریع فرایند الکترودی آنها، از واسط هگرهای مختلف استفاده و الکترودهای اصلاح شده شیمیایی ساخته می شود، به این منظور، ساخت الکترود کربن شیشه ای اصلاح شده با نانولوله کربنی عامل دار شده و نانوذرات مس برای اندازه گیری الکتروشیمیایی نیکوتین مد نظر قرار گرفت. در این مسیر، ابتدا الکترود کربن شیشه ای اصلاح شده با نانولوله های کربنی تک دیواره از طریق قطره گذاری سوسپانسیونی از نانولوله کربنی چند دیواره در حلال دی متیل فرمامید بر سطح الکترود کربن شیش های تهیه میشود و سپس با ترسیب الکتروشیمیایی لای های از نانوذرات مس بر سطح آن، الکترود کربن شیشه ای اصلاح شده با نانولوله های کربنی چند دیواره و نانو ذرات مس ساخته میشود. بعد از بهینه کردن عوامل مؤثر بر شرایط انجام فرایند الکترودی و تهیه الکترودهای اصلاح شده، از رو شهای ولتامتری برای اندازه گیری نیکوتین در سطح الکترود اصلاح شده استفاده شد. در ادامهی این تحقیق به بهینهسازی فاکتورهای مؤثر بر تهنشینی نانوذرات مس از جمله تعداد سیکل، غلظت نمک مس و سرعت اسکن پرداختیم که به ترتیب مقادیر 20، 75/1 μM، و 100 s/mv برای پارامترهای مذکور به دست آمد.

بررسی میزان تعین سیگنالهای مغزی در احساسات مثبت، منفی و خنثی در منابع حاصل از الگوریتم ICA
در این تحقیق به بررسی سیگنالهای الکتروانسفالوگرام در احساسات مثبت، منفی و خنثی پرداخته شده است. در این پژوهش، فرض شده است که مغز دارای منابع مستقل مختلفی در هنگام هر فعالیت احساسی بوده که این منابع توسط الگوریتم پردازش مولفه های مستقل (ICA) قابل مشاهده خواهند بود. برای غلبه بر مشکل نامشخص بودن ترتیب مولفه های استخراج شده در الگوریتم ICA ابتدا با استفاده از آنتروپی شانون، این منابع مرتب و سپس از روی این منابع مرتب شده، ویژگی های بعد فراکتالی Katz و اولین محل کمینه شدن اطلاعات متقابل بر حسب تاخیر به عنوان نمایش دهنده های تعین استخراج شده اند. نتایج نشان می دهد که میزان تعین منابع مرتب شده دارای اختلاف معنی داری در طول زمان و در سه حالت احساسی مثبت، منفی و خنثی می باشد. میزان تعین در حالت های احساسی خنثی، منفی و مثبت به ترتیب افزایش می یابد.

کاهش TRE در سیستم های ناوبری جراحی ستون فقرات
انطباق تصاویر قبل از عمل با فضای فیزیکی بیمار در حین عمل در سیستم های راهبری جراحی به کمک تصویر، برای ردیابی ابزار جراحی نسبت به بدن بیمار امری ضروری محسوب می شود. جراحی ستون فقرات به کمک تصویر نیز از این امر مستثنی نیست. به دلیل تفاوت در نحوه قرارگیری بیمار در تصویربرداری قبل از عمل و شرایط حین عمل، تفاوتی در انحنای ستون فقرات بیمار ایجاد می شود این بدین معناست که یک انطباق صلب برای انطباق کل مهره ها کفایت نمی کند و لازم است که هر مهره بطور جداگانه به عنوان یک جسم صلب در نظر گرفته شود و عمل انطباق روی هر مهره بطور جداگانه صورت پذیرد. برای انطباق تک تک مهره ها از الگوریتم انطباق ICP استفاده شده. برای ارزیابی دقت انطباق، خطای TRE با در نظر گرفتن نقطه هدف در پایه مهره که محل جراحی در عمل جایگذاری پیچ در مهره محسوب می شود، محاسبه شد. در این تحقیق عوامل موثر بر خطای TRE که عبارتند از پیکره بندی نشانگرها نسبت به نقطه هدف، خطای FLE و الگوریتم انطباق مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. در نهایت با پیشنهاد چند پیکره بندی مناسب از لندمارک های آناتومیکی با توجه به محدودیت های حین جراحی و همچنین در نظر گرفتن اثر FLE با استفاده از نسبت دادن وزن هایی به جفت نقاط متناظر در الگوریتم انطباق، بهبود 45 درصدی در خطای TRE حاصل شد.

پیشآگهی اپیزودهای افت فشار خون حاد با استفاده از ویژگی های فیزیولوژیکی و آشوبناک
اپیزودهای افت فشار خون حاد یکی از اختلالات همودینامیکی رایج در طیف گسترد های از بیماران است. متاسفانه نرخ تلفات در بین بیماران مبتلا به این اختلال بسیار بالا می باشد. عوامل مختلفی در وقوع این اختلال فیزیولوژیک موثر هستند که هر کدام داری منشا متفاوت می باشند. پیش آگهی اپیزودهای افت فشار خون حاد کمک شایانی به درمان مناسب و کاهش تلفات این بیماران خواهد نمود. با پی شآگهی این اختلال فیزیولوژیکی، پزشکان قادر خواهند بود علت وقوع این اختلال را با استفاده از بررس یهای بالینی مختلف دریافته و درمان مناسبی بر اساس عامل وقوع آن، انتخاب کنند. در این پژوهش به منظور پیش آگهی اپیزودهای افت فشار خون حاد در بازه یک ساعت آینده، دو نوع ویژگی آماری از پارامترهای همودینامیکی و ویژگی های آشوبناک از سری های زمانی فیزیولوژیکی موجود در بازه دو ساعتی منتهی به به ابتدای بازه پیش بینی، استخراج گردید. سپس ویژگی های برگزیده با استفاده از الگوریتم ژنتیک، توسط ماشین بردار پشتیبان طبقه بندی شدند. دقت پیش آگهی برای ویژگ یهای آماری پارامترهای فیزیولوژیکی 5/87 درصد و برای ویژگی های آشوبی 85 درصد حاصل گردید. در ادامه به منظور استفاده از جنبههای مختلف اطلاعات موجود در دو دسته ویژگی و بهبود دقت پیش آگهی، فرآیند انتخاب ویژگی به صورت همزمان برای هر دو دسته ویژگی استخراج شده، اعمال گردید و بهترین ترکیب از میان هر دو دسته ویژگی انتخاب شد. دقت پیش آگهی برای دسته ویژگی تلفیقی بهینه، 95 درصد حاصل شد که در مقایسه با نتایج مطالعات پیشین بر روی مجموعه داده مشابه، بهبود قابل توجهی حاصل گردید.

ناحیهبندی تصاویر MR مغز با استفاده از FCM بهبود یافتهی مکانی به کمک تابع گوسی: gsFCM (یادداشت فنی)
بخش بندی تصویر را به بخش های مجزا تقسیم میکند که هر کدام از این بخش ها دارای سطوح روشنایییکنواختی هستند. از بین روشهای موجود روش خوشه بندیفازی FCM (fuzzy c-means clustering) دارای کاربرد وسیعی در ناحیهبندی تصاویر پزشکی است. عدم ادغام ویژگیهای مکانی در FCM استاندارد، از معایب این روش در ناحیهبندی تصاویر تشدید مغناطیسی MRI مغز انسان است؛ در این مقاله از روشی جدید برای بخشبندی و حذف نویز تصاویر MR با اعمال فیلتر مکانی گوسی در تابع عضویت فازی استفاده شده است. فیلتر مکانی مذکور، اثرات نویز در مرز بافتها و زوایای تصویر را بصورت بهینه ای مدیریت میکند؛ علاوه براین پیکسلی که به لحاظ آناتومیکییک بافت مجزا است مانند تومور در مراحل اولیهی رشد، شانس بیشتریبراییک خوشه شدن دارد. در پایان آزمایشات که بر روی پایگاه داده ISBR انجام شده است کیفیت روش پیشنهادی توسط توابع اعتبارسنجیمتداول مانند شاخص جاکارد و ضریب دایس مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. از طرف دیگر در کاربردهای پزشکی به خصوص در شرایط اورژانسی، ضرورت سرعت عمل تمام عوامل پزشکی امری اجتناب ناپذیر است و الگوریتم ناحیهبندی از این قاعده مستثتی نیست، لذا برای دستیابی به این مهم توسط الگوریتمی مرکز ثقل اولیهی خوشهها ، مشخص میشود که زمان همگرایی تابع هزینه در FCM بهبود یافتهی مکانی گوسی، نسبت به CM استاندارد تا حد قابل قبولی کاهش مییابد.
