تهیه نانو کامپوزیتهای شیشة زیست فعال تخریبپذیر و قابل تزریق و بررسی ویژگیهای آنها
امروزه شیشههای زیست فعال با ترکیبات مختلف برای ترمیم نقیصههای استخوانی کاربردهای وسیعی یافتهاند. بیومواد تزریق پذیر در مواردی که جراحی باز با مشکلات فراوانی همراه باشد و یا محل آسیب به آسانی در دسترس نباشد، مورد توجه قرار گرفتهاند. در این پژوهش نانو پودر شیشه زیست فعال به روش سل- ژل اسید و باز تهیه شد و به عنوان فاز جامد خمیرهای تزریقپذیر غیر قابل گیرش مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. ویژگیهای پودر تهیه شده نیز با روش های مختلف بررسی شد. برای تهیه نانو کامپوزیتها، شیشة زیست فعال با نسبتهای مختلف محلولهای هیالورونیک اسید و پلی وینیل الکل مخلوط شد. پایداری خمیرها در برخورد با محیط فیزیولوژیک بدن، به صورت کیفی مشاهده شد. رفتار رئولوژیک خمیرها در دو مد چرخشی و نوسانی بررسی شد. نتایج نشان دادند که اندازه ذرات پودر شیشه nm 30-20 است و این نانوکامپوزیتها رفتار غیر نیوتنی shear thinningدارند. با افزودن پلی وینیل الکل پایداری خمیرها بیشتر شده، مساحت حلقة هیسترزیس افزایش مییابد. آزمونهای رئولوژی نوسانی مشخص کردند خمیرها رفتار ویسکوالاستیک داشته؛ ولی قسمت الاستیک آن غالبتر است. به طور کلی میتوان از این بیو کامپوزیت به عنوان خمیر زیست فعال برای درمان بافت سخت و حتی بافت نرم استفاده کرد.

مطالعة آزمایشگاهی عوامل مؤثر برحرکت دودیشکل میزنای در مجرای بیولوژیک
جریان پریستالتیک یا دودیشکل یکی از مهمترین مکانیسمهای انتقال سیال است. این جریان علاوه بر کاربردهای متنوع در مهندسی، مکانیسم بسیار مهم انتقال سیال در بسیاری از اندامهای بیولوژیک به خصوص در دستگاه گوارش و دفع ادرار محسوب میشود. در این مقاله، انتقال بولاس ادرار در میزنای با استفاده از دستگاه شبیهساز حرکات دودیشکل بررسی شده است. از ویژگیهای این دستگاه میتوان به قابلیت بررسی پارامترهای مختلف مؤثر بر جریان دودیشکل ادرار، مانند اثر اختلاف فشار ورودی و خروجی میزنای بر دبی تخلیه و میزان جریان بازگشتی از میزنای به کلیه، تأثیر سرعت متوسط انتقال بولاس بر دبی تخلیه و میزان جریان بازگشتی، اثر وجود فیلم سیال در میزنای بر دبی تخلیه و همچنین تأثیر تغییر طول بولاس بر میزان جریان بازگشتی اشاره کرد. نهایتاً مشاهده شد که افزایش اختلاف فشار ورودی و خروجی موجب کاهش نسبت رفلاکس به حجم اولیه بولاس و افزایش دبی تخلیه شده وکاهش سرعت انتقال ادرار باعث کاهش میزان رفلاکس و دبی خروجی میشود. افزایش ضخامت فیلم سیال در مجرا نیز باعث کاهش دبی تخلیه خروجی میشود و با افزایش طول بولاس ادرار، بر میزان جریان بازگشتی افزوده میشود.

بهینهسازی و مشخصهیابی داربست نانوکامپوزیتی ε- پلیکاپرلاکتون / نانوذرات منیزیم فلوئور هیدروکسی آپاتیت با هدف مهندسی بافت استخوان
هدف از پژوهش حاضر ساخت و مشخصهیابی داربست کامپوزیت پلی ε-کاپرولاکتون/ نانوذرات منیزیم فلوئور آپاتیت (PCL/nMg-FA) با استفاده از روش الکتروریسندگی است. کامپوزیت مورد نظر با استفاده از بهینهسازی پارامترهای فرایند الکتروریسی مانند حلال، غلظت پلیمر و درصد بیوسرامیک موجود در کامپوزیت تهیه شد. نتایج نشان داد که اندازه قطر الیاف با تنظیم ویسکوزیته و هدایت الکتریکی محلول، تغییر میکند. نمونههای بهینه شده با استفاده از میکروسکوپ الکترونی عبوری (TEM)، میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی (SEM)، پراش پرتو ایکس (XRD)، تحلیل توزیع انرژی پرتو ایکس (EDX) و تحلیل حرارتی وزنسنجی (TGA) بررسی شدند. نتایج بدست آمده از TEMو EDXنشان دادند نانوذرات nMg-FAبه صورت کاملاً همگن درون الیاف پلیمری قرار گرفتهاند. نکته قابل توجه این است که در طی فرایند ساخت از هیچگونه ماده سورفکتانت به عنوان عامل اصلاحساز سطحی استفاده نشد. همچنین نتایج XRDنشان داد که هیچ واکنش شیمیایی بین اجزای کامپوزیت رخ نداده است. از طرفی با افزایش مقدار نانوذرات درون کامپوزیت، استحکام مکانیکی و نیز مقاومت حرارتی داربست افزایش یافت.

تعقیب مسیر نگاه با استفاده از پردازش تصویر به منظور کمک به افراد ناتوان حرکتی
هدف از انجام این پروژه تعقیب حرکتهای چشم کاربر در هنگام کار با رایانه است؛ طراحی سیستمی که در عین سادگی و ارزان بودن از سرعت و دقت قابل قبولی بمنظور کار با رایانه برخوردار باشد. سامانه تعقیبگر معرفی شده، بدون استفاده از هرگونه سختافزار اضافی و نور مادون قرمز و تنها با استفاده از دوربین تعبیه شده در رایانههای همراه معمولی قادر به تعقیب زمان واقعی حرکات چشم فرد است. در سامانه معرفی شده، تعقیب چهره فرد، تعقیب چشم و ویژگیهای آن مانند عنبیه، گوشههای چشم، پلکها و صلبیه (ناحیه سفید چشم) با حداقل کردن اثر تغییرات پس زمینه، حرکتهای سر فرد وتغییرات یکنواخت نور محیط انجام میشود. از ویژگیهای بارز این سامانه- که در پژوهشهای انجام شده گذشته کمتر دیده شده است- تشخیص مسیر نگاه به صورت زمان واقعی با استفاده از ویژگیهایی از چشم مثل ناحیه سفید آن، عدم استفاده از شبکههای عصبی و بینیاز بودن آن از تعلیم است. روش مورد استفاده در این تحقیق استفاده ازتطبیق سلسله مراتبی الگو با تابع همبستگی بهنجار وزنداربه منظور تشخیص و تعقیب ویژگیهای مورد نظر در تصویر است.

در این مقاله، روشی مبتنی بر دانش اولیه از شخص جدید با هدف افزایش قدرت تعمیمدهی سیستم بازشناسی جلوههای هیجانی چهره پیشنهاد شده است. به منظور بازشناسی مناسب، ترکیبی از ویژگیهای هندسی و توصیفگرهای بافت چهره استفاده شد. این ویژگیها با ویژگیهای کلنگر(تحلیل مؤلفههای مستقل هسته-محور تصویر چهره و خودِ تصویر چهره) مقایسه شدند. برای تحلیل ویژگیهای پیشنهادی، حساسیت نرخ بازشناسی آنها نسبت به تغییر نویز و تغییرات بین فردی بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد با وابسته کردن سیستم به شخص بروز دهنده میتوان نرخ بازشناسی را تا 96% افزایش داد که این نتیجه مربوط به ویژگیهای کلنگر است. بعلاوه روش کلنگر تحلیل مؤلفههای مستقل هسته- محور در مقایسه با دیگر ویژگیها نسبت به تغییرات بین فردی حساسیت بیشتری داشته است. بر اساس دانش محدود از فرد جدید نمونههای مجازی تولید و برای تقویت یادگیری سیستم بازشناسی استفاده شد. نتیجه بازشناسی مستقل از فرد این روش در مقایسه با روش پایه بهصورت معنیداری (P<0.05) بهبود داشته و مقدار صحت تشخیص آن 91.39% است.

شناسایی گفتار پرخیشومی در کودکان دارای شکاف کام
پرخیشومی از رایجترین اختلالات در کودکان دارای شکاف کام است. عموماً برای کاهش این نقیصه نیاز به جراحی است و بنابراین ارزیابی خیشومی بودن برای بررسی تأثیر جراحی و همچنین طراحی جلسات گفتار درمانی- که بعد از عملهای جراحی نیاز است- حیاتی است. استفاده از مدلهای تمام قطب مانند ARبرای مدلسازی سیستم لوله صوتی افراد سالم رایج و معتبر هستند؛ اما وجود کانال ارتباطی بین حفره دماغی و دهانی افراد دارای شکاف کام، منجر به اضافه شدن صفر به تابع تبدیل فیلتر لوله صوتی شده و درنتیجه مدل مذکور برای فیلتر لوله صوتی این افراد دقیق نیست. بر این اساس در این تحقیق روش کمّی جدیدی برای تخمین میزان پرخیشومی بودن ارائه شده است. در روش ارائه شده میزان پرخیشومی بودن با کمِیتی که از محاسبه فاصله بین بردار ضرایب کپستروم استخراج شده از ضرایب مدل ARو مدل ARMA بدست آمده، ارزیابی شد. روش k-meansو روش بیز برای یافتن حد آستانه مناسب بمنظور طبقهبندی دادگان به کار رفت. با اجرای الگوریتم پیشنهادی برای مجموعه دادگان شامل واکههای /a/ استخراج شده از کلمه آزمون /pamap/ که 13 فرد دارای شکاف کام و 22 فرد سالم آنرا بیان کردند، صحت تراز شده 18/82 درصد برای طبقهبندی گویشها و صحت تراز شده 72/97 درصد برای طبقهبندی افراد بدست آمد. از آنجایی که روش ارائه شده تنها به پردازش کامپیوتری دادگان نیاز دارد، در مقایسه با روشهای بالینی دیگر، ساده و غیر تهاجمی است.

پوشش کامپوزیتی زیست فعال HA/CNTs بر روی کاشتنی NiTi
در این پژوهش، پوشش کامپوزیتی هیدروکسیآپاتیت/ نانولولة کربنی با استفاده از رسوبدهی الکتروفورتیک بر روی آلیاژ NiTiدر دمای اتاق تشکیل شد. سوسپانسیون پایدار با اضافه کردن 4 گرم پودر هیدروکسیآپاتیت و 1 درصد وزنی نانولولة کربنی به 50 میلیلیتر n- بوتانول آماده شد. از تری اتیلن آمین نیز به عنوان پراکندهساز در تهیه سوسپانسیون استفاده شد. مشخصهیابی سطحی، استحکام چسبندگی، پایداری و زیستفعالی پوشش کامپوزیتی بررسی شدند. نتایج آزمون EDXسطح پوشش کامپوزیتی، توزیع یکنواخت نانولولة کربنی را در سرتاسر پوشش نشان میدهد. همچنین استحکام چسبندگی پوشش کامپوزیتی MPa24 اندازهگیری شد. نمودارهای بد و نایکوئیست نشان میدهند که پایداری شیمیایی نمونههای دارای پوشش کامپوزیتی بیشتر از پوشش هیدروکسیآپاتیت خالص و نمونه بدون پوشش است. پوشش کامپوزیتی مقاومت خوردگی زیرلایه NiTiرا بیشتر از پوشش هیدروکسیآپاتیت خالص افزایش میدهد. آزمون زیست فعالی برون تنی در محلول SBFنشان میدهد که حضور نانولولة کربنی در پوشش کامپوزیتی تأثیر منفی در توانایی شکلگیری و رشد آپاتیت ندارد.
