ارائهی روشی هوشمند به منظور استخراج خودکار پارامترهای موردنیاز در جراحی ستون فقرات با بهکارگیری ابر نقاط تصاویر توموگرافیک
ناهنجاریهای هندسی ستون فقرات، بطور کلی با دردهای مزمن کمری و گردنی همراه هستند. در این ناهنجاریها، انحنای ستون مهره در فضای سهبعدی دستخوش تغییراتی میشود که در بسیاری از موارد ضمن کاهش میزان بازشدگی قفسه سینه، به اختلالات تنفسی و اثرات منفی بر روی سیستم قلبی منجر میشود. برای تصحیح این ناهنجاریها و جلوگیری از پیشرفت آنها در حالت حاد، جراحان از جراحی فیوژن خلفی ستون مهرهها استفاده میکنند. قبل از انجام عمل جراحی به منظور تشخیص وضعیت بیمار و انتخاب روش مناسب عمل، استخراج برخی پارامترهای کلینیکی مهم ستون فقرات ازجمله انحناها، زوایای کوب، انحراف جانبی، زوایای مهرهها و میزان چرخش آنها در صفحات مختلف ضروری است. دراین پژوهش ابتدا با استفاده از تصاویر توموگرافیک ویرایش شده در نرمافزار میمیکس، مدل سهبعدی ستون مهرهها در قالب ابر نقاط بدستآمد. سپس ضمن تفکیک و جداسازی مهرهها به کمک روشهای خوشهبندی مختلف ازجمله روش شبکهی عصبی خودسازمانده، روش k-میانگین و روش سلسله مراتبی، اطلاعات هندسی مهم مقاطع ستون مهرهها مانند انحناهای ستون مهرهها و زوایای آن با استفاده از الگوریتمهای تخصیص منحنی، بهصورت خودکار استخراج شد. بعلاوه، در حین پیادهسازی الگوریتمهای مشخص، سایر ویژگیهای کلینیکی هریک از مهرهها ازجمله کمینه و بیشینه ارتفاع مهره در سه بعد، طول و عرض جسم مهرهای و نیز جابجایی نسبی مهرهها به صورت خودکار محاسبه گردید. بهمنظور اعتبارسنجی روشهای ارائهشده و اندازههای استخراجشده، مقادیر بهدستآمده در هر مرحله توسط یک رادیولوژیست و یک جراح ستون فقرات که نسبت به اهداف و نتایج تحقیق ناآگاه بودند، محاسبه شدند. با مقایسهی مقادیر متناظر، اعتبار نتایج و کارایی بالای الگوریتمهای پیشنهادی تأیید گردید.

بررسی تغییرات پارامترهای سینماتیکی زانو در افراد با ناکارآمدی لیگامان صلیبی قدامی در حین بالارفتن از پله با ارتفاعهای متفاوت
افراد با ناکارآمدی لیگامان صلیبی قدامی زانو برای حفظ پایداری خود در غیاب لیگامان از یک سری مکانیزمهای جبرانی حرکتی در حین انجام فعالیتهای مختلف بهره میگیرند. هدف از انجام این مطالعه، بررسی تفاوتهای درونگروهی سینماتیکی و نقاط اوج نیروی عکسالعمل زمین هنگام بالارفتن از پله در این گروه افراد میباشد. در این مطالعه، 8 فرد با آسیب یکطرفهی لیگامان صلیبی قدامی شرکت کردند. پای سالم افراد آسیب دیده به عنوان گروه کنترل در نظر گرفته شد و تمامی مقایسهها بین پای سالم و پای آسیب دیده انجام گرفت. سیستم آنالیز حرکت VICON به همراه دو صفحهی نیرو برای ثبت فعالیت حرکتی افراد هنگام بالارفتن از پله با دو ارتفاع متفاوت به کار گرفته شد. محاسبات سینماتیکی تیبیافمورال با تکنیک جدید OSSCA انجام شد که ترکیبی از رویکرد SARA برای تعیین محور فانکشنال زانو، SCoRE برای تعیین مرکز مفصل ران و OCST برای کاهش آرتیفکتهای حرکتی مارکرها میباشد. براساس نتایج این مطالعه، افراد با آسیب لیگامان صلیبی برای دو ارتفاع 17 و 20 سانتیمتری پله مکانیزمهای انطباقی سینماتیکی و نقطهی اوج نیرویی متفاوتی داشتند. در ارتفاع 17 سانتیمتری و در ابتدای فاز یا مرحلهی گردشی پای آسیب دیده زاویهی واروس کمتر، چرخش محوری خارجی بیشتر و نقطهی اوج ضربهی کمتری (p<0.05) را نسبت به پای سالم تجربه کرد. در ارتفاع 20 سانتیمتری پای آسیب دیده زاویهی اکستنشن بیشتر، والگوس بیشتر و چرخش محوری خارجی بیشتری (p<0.05) را در فاز اکستنشن نهایی ایستایش نسبت به پای سالم داشت. در هر دو ارتفاع پله، تقدم رسیدن به نقطهی اوج اکستنشن در پای آسیب دیده نسبت به پای سالم مشاهده شد. نتایج این مطالعه تایید میکند که افراد با آسیب لیگامان قدامی، درجات آزادی چرخشی تیبیافمورال و نیروی عکسالعمل متفاوتی نسبت به پای سالم خود دارند. این مکانیزمهای جبرانی در نهایت به تغییر بارگذاری زانو، فرسایش غضروف و ابتلا به آرتروز زودرس این افراد منجر میشود.

شبیهسازی گام برداشتن در بیماران فلج یکسویه و فلج پایینتنه با استفاده از مدلهای اسکلتی عصبی عضلانی
در این مقاله به شبیهسازی رفتارهای بیمارگونه در گام برداشتن بیمارهای مغزی و نخاعی و تأثیر تکنیکهای توانبخشی در آنها پرداخته شدهاست. این شبیهسازیها به شکل قابلتوجهی موجب پیشرفت سطح دانش محققان در حوزهی توانبخشی عصبی درباره مبنای عصبشناختی ترمیم سامانهی عصبی بیماران مغزی و نخاعی در اثر تکنیکهای توانبخشی میشوند. با این وجود، این شبیهسازیها تاکنون بسیار محدود بودهاند و اغلب آنها به صورت موردی به مطالعهی برخی از آثار بیماریهای مغزی و نخاعی پرداختهاند. اما در این مقاله تلاش شدهاست که با وارد نمودن اثر اختلالات دادههای مغزی، رفتارهای بیماران دچار سکتهی مغزی و ضایعهی نخاعی با عمق بیشتری مورد مطالعه قرار گیرد. بدین منظور در سامانهی عصبی-عضلانی از معماری مشترک رفلکس و مولد الگوی مرکزی استفاده شدهاست، که روی دو مدل اسکلتی-عضلانی دو پا با یک بند و یک پا با دو بند پیاده شدهاست. سپس مدلهای راه رفتن فلج یکسویه و فلج پایینتنه با ایجاد اختلال در دادهی مغزی مولد الگوی مرکزی استخراج شدهاست. همچنین با استفاده از این مدلها اثر تکنیکهای توانبخشی در بیماران فلج پایینتنه بررسی شدهاند و با داده های تجربی به صورت کیفی مقایسه شدهاند، که همخوانی قابلقبولی را نشان میدهند.

شبیهسازی عددی توزیع تنش در لیگامنت پریودنتال مربوط به دندانهای اینسایزر و پرمولار طی بارگذاریهای مختلف
لیگامنت پریودنتال یک بافت نرم فیبروزی است که بین دندان و استخوان آلوئولار قرار گرفته است. با توجه به اینکه این بافت نرمتر از بافتهای مجاور اطراف است، حرکت دندان ناگزیر از پی حرکت این بافت نرم میباشد. هدف از این مطالعه، مقایسهی رفتار مجموعهی پریودنتیوم مربوط به دندانهای تکریشهای و دوریشهای، در اثر اعمال بارهای مختلف است. بدین منظور به کمک تکنیک تصویربرداری میکروسیتی، مدلسازی هندسی واقعی سهبعدی دندانهای اینسایزر و پرمولار انجام شده و با در نظرگرفتن خواص هایپرالاستیک لیگامنت پریودنتال، توزیع تنش و کرنش در اثر اعمال نیروهای مختلف بررسی شد. نتایج حاصل از شبیهسازی المان محدود بیانگر این نکته بود که جابجایی دندان تحت بارگذاریهای مختلف لزوما در جهت بار اعمالی نمیباشد. توزیع تنش نیز نشان داد که لیگامنت پریودنتال، تنشهای وارده را جذب کرده و درنتیجه استخوان تنش کمتری را تحمل مینماید. توزیع کرنش در لیگامنت پریودنتال و نیز تنش وارده به استخوان، نشاندهندهی توزیع یکنواختتر نیرو در دندان دو ریشهای بود. مقایسهی بین نتایج نشاندهندهی تطابق نتایج این مطالعه با مطالعات گذشته میباشد.

تعیین درجهی بهینه مقطع پوانکاره سهبعدی برای تشخیص حملات صرعی با استفاده ازEEG
استفاده از روشهای مبتنی بر دینامیک پویای غیرخطی مانند قطع پوانکاره، در آشکارسازی دینامیک سامانههای زیستی مفید است. انتخاب صفحهی قطع مناسب، مرحلهای تعیینکننده در تحلیل دادهها است. اغلب پیدا کردن محل مناسب برای صفحه قطع به تنظیم پارامترهای مختلفی نیازمند است. اگر هندسهی صفحه پوانکاره اطلاعات وابسته به قبض و بسط پدیده را برداشت کند، حالتهای سیستم بهتر تفکیک میشوند. ازاینرو در این مطالعه به بررسی تأثیر درجهی صفحه و محل مقطع در تشخیص حمله صرعی از وضعیت طبیعی پرداخته میشود تا درنهایت معادلهی مقطع بهینه که به حداقل شدن خطای طبقهبندی منجر میشود، تعیین گردد. پس از بازسازی فضای فاز قطعههای EEG در سه بعد، برای400 حالت مختلف درجه مقطع، قطع بر رویدادها انجام شد. سپس ویژگیهای استخراجشده از مقطع پوانکاره به دستهبندی کنندهی SVM اعمال گردید. در ادامه برای شناسایی رفتار طبقهبندی کننده، همبستگی میان درجهی مقطع و صحت تفکیک سنجیدهشد. خروجی دستهبندی کننده با افزایش درجهی صفحه رفتار مشخصی از خود بروز میدهد. بهاینترتیب که با بالا بردن درجه صفحه در دو راستای مقطع، الگوی افزایشی و سپس کاهشی مشاهده شد. براساس نتایج حاصل، صحت تفکیک معادلهی مقطع بهینه برای m=12 و n=6 برابر با 96.6 درصد است.

سرطان پستان رایجترین نوع سرطان در بین زنان است. مطالعات پاتولوژیک نشان داداند که بیش از80% ناهنجاری های پستان در مراحل اولیه خوشخیم هستند، بنابراین مهمترین مسأله در درمان آن تشخیص زودهنگام است. ترموگرافی مادون قرمز پستان یک روش تصویرگیری مبتنی بر ثبت الگوهای توزیع دمایی بافت پستان است و در مقایسه با ماموگرافی پستان به دلیل غیرتهاجمی، غیرتماسی، غیرفعال بودن و عدم استفاده از تابش یونیزان روشی بسیار مناسب درتشخیص زودهنگام سلول های سرطانی است. در این مقاله روشی به منظور آشکارسازی خودکار نواحی مشکوک در تصاویر ترموگرام پستان با هدف کمک رساندن به پزشکان در تشخیص زودهنگام این سرطان ارائه شده است، به نحوی که دقت و صحت را افزایش داده و درصد پذیرش اشتباه را کاهش می دهد. این الگوریتم شامل 4 بخش اصلی پردازش تصویر، استخراج ویژگی، انتخاب ویژگی و طبقهبندی است. در مرحلهی پردازش، ابتدا براساس عملیاتی تمام خودکار، ناحیهی مطلوب تعیین شده، کیفیت تصاویر ارتقاء یافته و سپس پستان راست و چپ از یکدیگر جدا میشوند. سپس درایههای ماتریس تصویر، نرمالسازی شده و نواحی نسبی مشکوک تعیین می شوند. پس از آن و در مرحلهی استخراج ویژگی، ویژگیهای آماری، ویژگیهایی مبتنی بر هیستوگرام، ویژگیهایی مبتنی بر ماتریس هموقوعی (GLCM)، ویژگیهایی بر اساس مورفولوژی نواحی مشکوک و ویژگی هایی در حوزهی فرکانس از هر یک از نواحی بخشبندی شدهی پستان راست و چپ استخراج میشوند. در ادامه برای دستیابی به بهترین ویژگیها، روشهای انتخاب ویژگی نظیر کمترین افزونگی و بیشترین ارتباط (mRMR)، انتخاب متوالی روبه جلو (SFS)، انتخاب متوالی روبه عقب (SBS)، انتخاب متوالی سیال روبه جلو (SFFS)، انتخاب متوالی سیال روبه عقب (SFBS) و الگوریتم ژنتیک (GA) بهکار گرفته میشود. در پایان برای طبقهبندی و تعیین معیار استاندارد برای تحلیل دمای عروقی پستانها (TH)، روشهای مختلف طبقهبندی مانند AdaBoost، ماشینهای بردار پشتیبان (SVM)، نزدیکترین همسایه (KNN)، بیزین ساده (NB) و شبکهی عصبی احتمالی (PNN) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند، تا از مناسب ترین آنها به منظور طبقهبندی ویژگیها استفاده شود. نتایج بهدست آمده روی پایگاه دادهی بومی، بیانگر کارایی قابلتوجه روش پیشنهادی است. با توجه به نتایج، ترکیب mRMR با AdaBoost با بیشینه صحت 92% و ترکیب SFFS با AdaBoost با بیشینه صحت 88%، بهترتیب بهترین ترکیبات بهدست آمده روی تصاویر پستان راست و چپ ارزیابی شدند.

کنترل دوجانبهی شفاف با شناسایی پارامترهای مدل ویسکوالاستیک بافت در یک سیستم جراحی رباتیک از راه دور
در این پژوهش به منظور کنترل سیستمهای جراحی رباتیک ِعملیات از راه دور، یک روش کنترل امپدانس دوجانبهی تطبیقی غیرخطی به همراه شناسایی بلادرنگ پارامترهای مدل بافت نرم ارائه شدهاست. از یک مدل ویسکوالستیک خطی با یک جرم (اینرسی) اضافه در مدلسازی دینامیکی بافت که ِدر تعامل با ربات است، استفاده شدهاست. یکی از اهداف این کنترلر یا کنترلگر دوجانبهی تطبیقی، تنظیم امپدانس عملگر نهایی ربات راهبر بر اساس پارامترهای امپدانسی بافت نرم، که بلادرنگ در سمت ربات پیرو شناسایی میشود، است. هدف دیگر، تعقیب مسیر ربات راهبر توسط ربات پیرو است. اثبات پایداری سیستم عملیات از راه دور به همراه اثبات عملکردهای تعقیب مسیر و تعقیب نیرو، با درنظر گرفتن کنترلر دوجانبه و استفاده از تئوری لیاپانوف انجام شدهاست. روش کنترلی مطرحشده میتواند سیستمهای عملیات از راه دور (مانند سیستمهای جراحی ، توانبخشی و یا سونوگرافی از راه دور) که با بافت نرم در تعامل هستند، را به صورت دوجانبه کنترل نماید. با استفاده از شبیهسازی بر روی یک ربات دو درجهی آزادی با دینامیک غیرخطی، عملکرد کنترلر ارائهشده در تعقیب نیرو، تعقیب موقعیت و نیز شناسایی پارامترهای بافت نرم بررسی شدهاست.

بررسی تاثیر روند پیری بر تغییرات ارتباطات شبکههای کارکردی در افراد بزرگسال سالم
اگرچه بررسیهای گستردهایی در زمینهی نقش تغییرات بافت مغزی ناشی از افزایش سن در بسیاری از مطالعات انجام شدهاست، با این حال بررسی تاثیر روند پیری بر تغییرات ارتباطات شبکههای کارکردی نیازمند بررسیهای بیشتراست. هنگامیکه مغز یک سری تغییرات را در انجام یک فعالیت شناختی تجربه میکند، تاثیر این تغییرات بر ارتباطات شبکههای کارکردی میتواند توسط مطالعات تصویربرداری تشدید مغناطیسی کارکردی مورد ارزیابی قرار گیرد. در این مطالعه، ما سعی در بررسی تاثیر روند پیری بر تغییرات ارتباطات سه شبکهی کارکردی مهم شامل شبکهی حرکت، بینایی و شبکهی ناهمبسته با فعالیت در افراد بزرگسال سالم در مقایسه با گروه کنترل داریم. برای این منظور از دادههای تصویربرداری کارکردی مرتبط با یک آزمون سادهی بینایی و حرکتی استفاده میشود. در طی این مطالعه، شبکههای ارتباطات کارکردی مرتبط با حرکت، بینایی و شبکهی ناهمبسته با فعالیت برای هر فرد محاسبه میشود. سپس قدرت ارتباطات کارکردی برای گروههای مختلف سنی مورد ارزیابی و مقایسه قرار میگیرد. این مطالعه سه فرضیه در ارتباط با تاثیر افزایش سن بر تغییرات ارتباطات کارکردی را مورد ارزیابی قرار دادهاست: 1- درگیری نواحی قدامی مغز در شبکهی ارتباط کارکردی مرتبط با حرکت در جبران کاهش فعالیت و ارتباطات عصبی در نواحی خلفی به وقوع میپیوندد. 2- فعالیت و گسترهی ارتباطی شبکهی ناهمبسته با فعالیت کمتر کاهش مییابد. 3- گسترهی ارتباطی در نواحی خلفی مرتبط با شبکهی کارکردی بینایی کاهش مییابد. بنا بر نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه، دو فرضیهی اولی تائید و پذیرفته شدند ولی تغییرات شبکهی ارتباطی کارکردی مرتبط با بینایی متفاوت بودند. همچنین نتایج نشان دادند که شبکههای ارتباطی کارکردی در افراد مسن در مقایسه با جوانان تغییر نموده است. شبکههای ارتباط کارکردی در بزرگسالان بطور متوسط دارای قدرت ارتباطی قویتری نسبت به جوانان میباشد.
