به کارگیری یادگیری منیفلد برای تشخیص بیماری دریچهی میترال
بیماریهای قلبی یکی از اصلیترین عوامل به خطر انداختن سلامت و زندگی انسان هستند. از مهمترین بیماریهای قلب، بیماریهای مربوط به دریچههای قلب بوده که در طی سالهای اخیر روندی افزایشی داشته است. تشخیص و درمان درست و به موقع این بیماریها، بهبود کیفیت زندگی و افزایش طول عمر افراد را به دنبال دارد. از این رو محققان همواره به دنبال یافتن روشهایی برای بهبود و تسریع روند تشخیص این بیماری بودهاند. تصاویر پزشکی، فعالیت قلب انسان را بررسی و ضبط کرده و از جمله راههای اصلی تشخیص مشکلات قلبی هستند. عموما پردازش این تصاویر پیچیده و زمانبر است، به همین جهت محققان به دنبال پیدا کردن روشهایی برای سادهسازی پردازش این تصاویر هستند. یادگیری منیفلد یکی از روشهای کاهش بعد غیرخطی است که الگوریتمهای مختلفی داشته و میتواند موجب سادهسازی پردازش تصاویر اکوکاردیوگرافی شود. در این پژوهش با کمک یکی از الگوریتمهای یادگیری منیفلد به نام LLE، تصاویر اکوکاردیوگرافی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و سعی شده است تا با کمک روش یادگیری منیفلد دادههای سالم از دادههای دارای اختلال دریچهی میترال شناسایی شده و ویژگیهای جدا کنندهی سه گروه پاتولوژی دریجهی میترال شامل MVP، MS و III-b استخراج شود. نتایج به دست آمده نشان میدهد که بیش از 80% نمونههای گروه طبیعی از نظر ساختار منیفلد الگویی متفاوت با نمونههای دارای اختلال دارند.

ارائه مدل نورونی جدید مبتنی بر رفتار آشوبگونه شبکههای عصبی مصنوعی
ارائهی مدلهای نورونی جدید به منظور شبیهسازی پدیدههای شناختی در مغز در سالهای اخیر مورد توجه پژوهشگران قرار گرفته است. در این پژوهش مدل نورونی جدیدی مبتنی بر رفتار آشوبگونهی وزنهای شبکههای عصبی مصنوعی در حین یادگیری با استفاده از الگوریتم پسانتشار خطا ارائه شده است. این مدل نخستین مدل نورونی گسسته با قابلیت یادگیری است و توانایی بروز رفتارهای پیچیده و آشوبی را دارد. قابلیت یادگیری این امکان را به این مدل نورونی داده است که پدیدههای شناختی مانند همآوایی نورونها را در شرایطی نزدیک به واقعیت شبیهسازی کند. مدل نورونی مذکور که از یک شبکهی عصبی جلوسوی سهلایه به دست آمده، دارای جاذبهای همزیست متعددی است که یادگیری را در بستر جذبهای مختلف امکانپذیر میکند. بررسی پارامترهای مدل نشان داده که بایفورکیشن نه تنها با تغییر پارامتر ضریب یادگیری روی میدهد، بلکه تحریک بیرونی نیز میتواند به عنوان یک پارامتر کنترل باعث تغییر رفتار مدل و بایفورکیشن شود. بنابراین این مدل میتواند در طراحی و مدلسازی روشهای درمانی برای اختلالات شناختی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

تحلیل آماری تغییرات اتصالات ساختاری و کارکردی مغز در بیماران اسکیزوفرنی
در بیماریهای مغزی عموما هر دو اتصال ساختاری و کارکردی مغز دستخوش تغییر شده و باعث بروز علایم رفتاری متفاوتی میشود. شناخت این تغییرات میتواند در راستای تشخیص، درمان و کنترل پیشرفت بیماریهای مغزی کمک کننده باشد. بیماری اسکیزوفرنی یکی از این اختلالات روانی است که هر دو بخش ساختار و کارکرد مغز را به طور گسترده تحت تاثیر قرار میدهد. مطالعاتی که در زمینهی تغییرات مغزی این بیماری صورت گرفته عموما از دیدگاه بررسی ناحیهای و یا واکسلی تصاویر مغز بوده است. هدف این پژوهش بررسی تغییرات مغزی از دیدگاه اتصالات مغزی برای بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنی بوده که از دو جنبهی ساختار و کارکرد مغز مورد سنجش قرار گرفته است. بدین منظور با استفاده از روش آزمون آماری، مقایسهای میان تمام اتصالات ساختاری و کارکردی مغز 92 فرد سالم و 37 فرد مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنی به دست آمده از تصاویر تشدید مغناطیسی صورت گرفته است. یافتههای این پژوهش حاکی از آن است که تعداد یالهایی از شبکهی کارکردی مغز افراد بیمار که دستخوش تغییر شده حدود 4 برابر بیش از اتصالات ساختاری تغییر یافته در آنها بوده که نشان از میزان بالای تاثیرگذاری این بیماری بر عملکرد مغز دارد. همچنین با بررسی تعداد یالهای تغییر یافته به هر گره، نواحی درگیر شناسایی شده و نشان داده شده است که بیماران اسکیزوفرنی در بخشهایی از زیرشبکههای مغزی مربوط به شبکهی حالت پیشفرض، توجه، حرکتی و بینایی دچار اختلال میشوند. همچنین اتصالات ساختاری مغز این بیماران در نواحی شکنج پیشانی فوقانی، شکنج گیجگاهی و بخشی از قشر پسسری درگیر شده و در این نواحی عموما افزایش نسبی قدرت اتصالات ساختاری دیده میشود. نتایج این پژوهش حاکی از پراکندگی بالای تاثیرگذاری این بیماری روی مغز است و به بیان فرضیهای کمک میکند که بروز برخی از رفتارهای خاص در افراد مبتلا به این بیماری میتواند به دلیل افزایش قدرت اتصالات ساختاری باشد.

چهارچوب مدلپایهی بیزی بهبود یافته برای پردازش ECG در محیطهای غیرایستا
فیلتر کالمن گسترش یافته (EKF) نوعی چهارچوب بیزی غیرخطی شناخته شده بوده که تا کنون در زمینههای مختلف پردازش ECG به کار گرفته شده است. با این حال عملکرد این فیلتر در حذف نویزهای غیرایستا مانند آرتیفکت ماهیچه (MA) چندان رضایتبخش نیست. در این مقاله با ارائهی یک مدل دینامیک ECG (EDM) اصلاح شده و یک فرمولاسیون جدید برای پیادهسازی EKF، عملکرد این فیلتر در محیطهای غیرایستا بهبود داده شده است. در این EDM جدید، مدل اندازهگیری طوری اصلاح شده است که علاوه بر نویزهای گوسی، نویزهای غیرایستای غیرگوسی را نیز در نظر بگیرد. همچنین فرمولاسیون پیشنهادی در این مقاله برای الگوریتم EKF، آن را قادر ساخته تا عملکرد بهتری نسبت به EKF استاندارد در حذف نویزهای غیرایستا داشته باشد. فیلتر پیشنهادی مشخصات بالینی سیگنالهای ECG را نیز بهتر از EKF استاندارد حفظ میکند. به منظور نمایش اثربخشی الگوریتم EKF پیشنهادی، عملکرد نویززدایی آن روی سیگنالهای مستخرج از پایگاه دادهی ریتم سینوس نرمال MIT-BIH (NSRDB) در حضور دو نوع نویز غیرایستای مختلف (نویز صورتی مصنوعی و نویز آرتیفکت ماهیچهی واقعی) ارزیابی شده است. نتایج ارزیابیها نشان داده که از منظر معیارهای بهبود SNR و MSEWPRD، چهارچوب EKF پیشنهادی در این مقاله عملکرد بهتری نسبت به چهارچوب EKF استاندارد در محیطهای غیرایستا دارد.

تحلیل ردیابی چشم در افراد مبتلا به اختلال طیف اتیسم و گروه کنترل در تکلیف خیره شدن به حالتهای احساسی چهره
تفاوت الگوی خیرگی چشم در اختلالات طیف اتیسم مشاهده میشود. مطالعات حرکات چشم در افراد دارای اتیسم، نشان دهندهی تفاوت در الگوی خیره شدن به چشم و دهان نسبت به گروههای کنترل است. با این حال یافتهها تا به امروز متناقض بوده و در حالی که مطالعات پیشین در مورد خیره شدن چشم در افراد دارای اتیسم در حال گسترش است، هنوز هم به نظر میرسد یافتهها یکپارچگی ندارند. در این مقاله ردیابی چشم در پردازش چهره برای 25 نوجوان دارای اتیسم و 25 نوجوان از گروه کنترل مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است تا هرگونه تمرکز غیرعادی در مناطق صورت بررسی شده و بهترین نتایج در این خصوص به دست آید. تکلیف طراحی شده شامل تصاویری استاندارد از حالات احساسی چهرهی زن و مرد (گردی صورت) در حالت خشم، تعجب، شادی، ناراحتی و خنثی بوده که افراد پس از نگاه کردن به این چهرهها، در حالی که ردیاب چشم اطلاعات مربوطه را ثبت کرده باید حالت احساسی نمایش داده شده را توسط صفحه کلید اختصاصی انتخاب کنند. طبقهبند منتخب Boosted Trees Ensemble توانسته است با استفاده از ویژگیهای مرتبط با مجموع دادههای دریافتی از ردیابی چشم در تقسیمبندی صورت به 8 ناحیه (پیشانی، چشم راست و چپ، گونهی راست و چپ، بینی، دهان و چانه) با دقت 31/83% دو گروه اتیسم و کنترل را از یکدیگر جدا کند. همچنین در بررسی اجزای صورت، چشم چپ، گونهی چپ، گونهی راست و چشم راست، به ترتیب با دقتهای 18/84% ، 85/83%، 73/82% و 25/81% بیشترین تفکیک را با استفاده از طبقهبند خانوادهی Boosted Trees بین دو گروه ایجاد کردهاند. الگوهای غیرطبیعی در خیره شدن چشم میتواند بسیار حائز اهمیت باشد چرا که نشانگر زیستی از وضعیتی است که میتواند برای تشخیص زودهنگام مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. همچنین میتواند راهنمایی برای پژوهشگران باشد تا بر اساس نتایج حاصل از این مقاله، به طراحی بازی شناختی با هدف بهبود تعاملات اجتماعی از طریق تقویت تماس چشمی برای افراد دارای اختلال اتیسم بپردازند.

فشردهسازی سیگنالهای صوتی قلب نمونهبرداری شده با نرخ بالا مبتنی بر نمونهکاهی و انطباق الگو
امروزه قلبشنوایی یکی از راههای مهم و موثر در پایش بیماریهای قلبی است. با پیشرفت تکنولوژی و تسهیل انجام دورمراقبتی از یک سو و افزایش نیاز به ضبط باکیفیت و طولانیمدت سیگنال صوتی قلب (PCG) از سوی دیگر، حجم دادههای تولید شده افزایش پیدا کرده و بنابراین ذخیرهسازی و انتقال این سیگنالها با مشکل روبهرو شده است. این امر به نوبهی خود اهمیت و ضرورت استفاده از روشهای کارآمد فشردهسازی این نوع سیگنالها را نشان میدهد. این روشها باید میزان فشردهسازی بالا داشته و در عین حال کیفیت سیگنال و اطلاعات کلینیکی مهم را تا حد ممکن حفظ کنند. در این مقاله یک روش فشردهسازی با اتلاف برای سیگنالهای PCG که با نرخ نمونهبرداری نسبتا بالا ضبط شده پیشنهاد شده است به طوری که قادر به کنترل نسبی کیفیت سیگنال فشرده شده باشد. این روش مبتنی بر دو تکنیک نمونهکاهی دومرحلهای و انطباق الگو است. تکنیک پیشنهادی نمونهکاهی دومرحلهای موجب افزایش میزان فشردهسازی و کاهش حجم محاسبات میشود. تکنیک انطباق الگو نیز قادر به کاهش تزاید بیندورهای و بنابراین افزایش میزان فشردهسازی است. نتایج شبیهسازی روش پیشنهادی روی دو پایگاه دادهی دانشگاه میشیگان و دانشگاه واشنگتن نشان داده که نمونهکاهی دومرحلهای و انطباق الگو سهم زیادی در افزایش میزان فشردهسازی دارند. کارایی روش پیشنهادی طبق معیارهای PRD و CR ارزیابی شده و با نتایج چند روش موجود مورد مقایسه قرار گرفته است. در این ارزیابی به ازای محدودهی 5%PRD≤، مقدار CR برای پایگاه دانشگاه میشیگان بین 2500 تا 3900 و برای پایگاه دانشگاه واشنگتن بین 2500 تا 4125 به دست آمده است. همچنین نتایج حاصل از اعمال روش پیشنهادی روی پایگاه دادهی پاسکال نشان داده که کارایی روش پیشنهادی تا حد زیادی به کیفیت و یکنواختی سیگنالهای PCG ورودی بستگی دارد.

بررسی پایداری اولیهی ایمپلنتهای دندانی: بارگذاری-باربرداری فشاری دورهای برونتنی و تحلیل میکروالمان محدود
امروزه موفقیت و شکست روش درمانی ایمپلنتگذاری، میتواند تحت تاثیر پایداری اولیهی ایمپلنت باشد. پایداری اولیه عبارت است از ظرفیت تحمل سازهی ایمپلنت-استخوان در برابر بارهای وارده، بدون ایجاد آسیبهای جبرانناپذیر بر استخوان مجاور، که سبب شل شدن ایمپلنت و شکست فرایند ایمپلنتگذاری میشود. هدف این مطالعه توسعهی یک مدل میکروالمان محدود (μFE) اعتبارسنجی شده با دادههای آزمون مکانیکی برونتنی، به منظور بررسی پایداری اولیه از طریق اندازهگیری سفتی و بار نهایی سازهی ایمپلنت-استخوان در بارگذاری-باربرداری فشاری دورهای است. پس از آمادهسازی نمونهی استخوان-ایمپلنت، آزمون مکانیکی بارگذاری-باربرداری فشاری دورهای به شکل شبهاستاتیک، با نرخ 0024/0 mm/s به صورت مرحله به مرحله و جابهجایی-کنترل از دامنهی 04/0 تا 28/1 میلیمتر به سازهی استخوان-ایمپلنت اعمال شده است. سپس منحنی نیرو-جابهجایی به همراه سفتی سازه در هر جابهجایی اعمالی محاسبه شده است. پیش از اعمال بار، از استخوان تصاویر میکروسیتی گرفته شده و یک مدل μFE بر مبنای شرایط مرزی و بارگذاری-باربرداری آزمون مکانیکی ایجاد شده و منحنی نیرو-جابهجایی سازه استخراج گردیده است. در نهایت منحنی نیرو-جابهجایی پیشبینی شده توسط مدل μFE با منحنی نیرو-جابهجایی به دست آمده از آزمون برونتنی مقایسه شده و مدل μFE اعتبارسنجی شده است. نتایج نشان داده است که منحنی نیرو-جابهجایی پیشبینی شده توسط مدل μFE، تطابق قابل قبولی با نتایج حاصل از آزمون تجربی دارد. مدل μFE ارائه شده در این مطالعه، توانایی نشان دادن پاسخ کلی سازهی استخوان-ایمپلنت را در تغییر شکلهای بزرگ داشته و میتواند به عنوان ابزاری در جهت بهبود طراحی ایمپلنتهای دندانی با رویکرد افزایش پایداری اولیه در ایمپلنتهای دندانی بدون درنگ بارگذاری شده مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
