تشخیص همزمانی فاز در سیگنالهای EEG نوزادان با استفاده از روش اطلاعات متقابل
یکی از مهمترین اختلالات سیگنالهای EEG نوزادان، همزمان نبودن کانالها است. مطالعات بالینی نشانداده است که این امر میتواند به نتایج عصبی و جسمی نامطلوبی در بزرگسالی منجر شود. هدف اصلی این مقاله، معرفی روشی جدید برای تشخیص خودکار همزمانی فاز در سیگنالهای EEG چندکانالة نوزادان است. در روش پیشنهادی، ابتدا فاز لحظهای هر کانال از سیگنال EEG نوزاد با استفاده از تبدیل هیلبرت برآوردشده است. بهدلیل چندجزئی بودن سیگنالهای EEG، اجزای سیگنال قبل از استخراج فاز لحظهای با استفاده از مجموعهای از فیلترهای میانگذر روی باندهای فرکانسی EEG، بهدست میآیند. سپس با استفاده از معیاری مبتنیبر اطلاعات متقابل بین فازهای لحظهای مولفههای بهدستآمده، همزمانی کانالهای مختلف در سیگنال بهطور کمّی اندازهگیری میشود. در ادامه، از روش پیشنهادی در این مقاله برای بررسی همزمانی کانالهای سیگنالهای EEG نوزادان در دورههای تشنجی-غیرتشنجی و الگوهای B-S استفاده میشود. از منحنی ROC برای نمایش عملکرد روش پیشنهادی استفادهشده است.همچنین عملکرد روش پیشنهادی با روش مبتنیبر کواینتگریشن مقایسهشده است. نتایج بهدستآمده از تحلیل سیگنالهای EEG پنج نوزاد نشان میدهند که روش پیشنهادی عملکرد بهتری در اندازهگیری همزمانی فاز تعمیمیافته نسبت به روشهای موجود دارد. همچنین با توجه به نتایج، مقدار همزمانی فاز تعمیمیافته در طول هر دو دورة تشنجی و غیرتشنجی بزرگتر از صفر است که این نتیجه نشاندهندة وجود اتصالاتی در نیمکرههای مغز نوزادان در هر دو حالت است. همچنین نتایج نشان میدهند که دورههای تشنجی نسبت به دورههای غیرتشنجی همزمانتر هستند. از بررسی همزمانی فاز در الگوهای B-S مشاهده میشود که دورههای Burst همزمانتر از دورههای Suppression هستند و در هردو حالت، همزمانی فاز وجود دارد.

مدلسازی عددی پدیدة تنظیم خودکار در شریان کاروتید مشترک انسانی
ﻫﺮ ارﮔﺎن ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﺣﺘﯿﺎﺟﺎت ﻣﺘﺎﺑﻮﻟﯿﮏ (سوختوسازی) و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮدی ﺧﻮد ممکن است ﺑﻪ مقادیر متفاوتی از جریان ﺧﻮن ﻧﯿﺎزﻣﻨﺪ باشد؛ درنتیجه ﺗﻨﻈﯿﻢ ﺧﻮدﮐﺎر پدیدهای ﻣﻬﻢ ﻣﺤﺴﻮب میشود. ﭘﺪﯾﺪة ﺗﻨﻈﯿﻢ ﺧﻮدﮐﺎر تنش برشی بهعنوان ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﯾﯽ ذاﺗﯽ ﯾﮏ ارﮔﺎن ﺑﺮای ﺛﺎﺑﺖ نگهداشتن شرایط همودینامیک درﻣﻘﺎﺑـﻞ ﺗﻐﯿﯿـﺮات ضربان قلب و فشار پرفیوژن ﺗﻌﺮﯾﻒ میشود؛ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ ضربان قلب در ﺑﺪن، شریانها ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺮخ ﺟﺮﯾﺎن لازم و برای ثابت نگاهداشتن نیروها و تنشهای همودینامیک، دچار اتساع ﯾﺎ اﻧﻘﺒﺎضﺷﺮﯾﺎﻧﯽ میشوند. مقالة حاضر ﺑﻪ مکانیسمهای محلی برای کنترل خودکار اختصاص دارد. مکانیسمهای تنظیمکنندة ﻣﺤﻠﯽ، ،ﻣﺎﻧﻨـﺪ اﻋﺼـﺎب ﺳـﻤﭙﺎﺗﯿﮏ و هورمونهای ﺳﯿﺎر، ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ از مکانیسمهای ﮐﻨﺘﺮﻟـی ﺧـﺎرﺟﯽ ﻋﻤﻞ میکنند؛ ازاﯾﻦرو میتوان آنها را اﯾﺰوﻟﻪ درﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. همانطورﮐﻪ ذﮐـﺮ ﺷﺪ ﺗﻨﻈﯿﻢ ﺧﻮدﮐﺎر، وﯾﮋﮔﯽ ذاﺗﯽ ارگانهای ﺑﺪن اﺳﺖ و اندامهای ﺗﺤﺖ ﭘﺮﻓﯿﻮژن، ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ مکانیسمهای ﻋﺼﺒﯽ و ﻫﻮرﻣﻮﻧﯽ ﻗﺮار نمیگیرند. چون استفاده از شرایط مرزی صحیح در مدلسازیهای عددی اهمیت ویژهای دارد، اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از مدلسازی درﺧﺖ ﺷﺮﯾﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮای ﺑﻪدﺳﺖ آوردن ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻣﺮزی ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ اﻣﺮی ﺿﺮوری ﺑﻪﻧﻈﺮ میرسد؛ بنابراین در مقالة حاضر ابتدا مدلی از نوع صفر بعدی (پارامتر فشرده) و گسترده ارائهشده است. سپس از این مدل برای بهدست آوردن شرایط مرزی در شریان کاروتید معمولی استفاده شده و تنظیم تنش برشی بهعنوان یکی از پراهمیتترین پارامترهای همودینامیک در مدلی سهبعدی از این شریان مدلسازی شده است. نتایج بهدستآمده نشاندهندة چگونگی تغییرات خواص مکانیکی دیواره و بنابراین ابعاد شریان برای برگرداندن مقادیر تنش برشی وارد بر دیواره به محدودة طبیعی است.

ارزیابی میزان ولع مصرف پایه در بیماران وابسته به مت آمفتامین با استفاده از سیگنال الکتروانسفالوگرام در روند نوروفیدبک
ارزیابی و اندازهگیری پارامترهای مرتبط با ولع مصرف مت آمفتامین میتواند ابزاری ارزشمند در برنامههای درمانی و مداخلهای برای سوءمصرف کنندگان بهشمار آید. باور ما بر این است که کمّیسازی سیگنال الکتروانسفالوگرام (EEG) میتواند انقلابی را در شناخت زیرساختهای عصبی مرتبط با پردازش ولع مصرف به ارمغان آورد. بنابراین هدف این مطالعه، طراحی و ارائة روشی جدید برای سنجش ولع مصرف در بیماران وابسته (یا معتاد) به متآمفتامین با استفاده از سیگنال الکتروانسفالوگرام (EEG) در روند نوروفیدبک برای تفکیک میان سه حالتِ میل به مصرف خفیف، متوسط و شدید است. برای اجرای این مطالعه، 10 سوءمصرف کنندة متآمفتامین انتخاب شدند که در مرکز اجتماع درمان مدار در شهر مشهد نگهداری میشدند و تحت درمان نوروفیدبک توسط یک روانپزشک قرار داشتند. تمام بیماران در 10 جلسه درمان نوروفیدبک با پروتکل آلفا- تتا حضور داشتند. در طول دورة درمان بانوروفیدبک، قبل و بعد از هر جلسة آموزش، EEG ثبت شد. برای برچسب زدن سیگنالهای مغزی از پرسشنامة سنجش ولع مصرف متآمفتامین DDQ استفاده شد. ویژگیهای زمانی، فرکانسی و آشوبگونة سیگنال EEG استخراج شد و با استفاده از تحلیل همبستگی، ویژگیهای بهینه و تأثیرگذار انتخاب شده و به طبقهبندی کنندة فازی داده شد. صحّت تفکیک مبتنیبر ویژگیهای منتخب برای دادة آموزش 96.67% و برای دادة آزمایش 75.15% بهدست آمده است. از مزایای قابل توجه روش ابداعی این تحقیق، علاوه بر تخمین ولع مصرف پایه در سوءمصرف کنندگان مت آمفتامین با استفاده از کمیسازی سیگنالEEG، میتوان به بهینهسازی تعداد جلسات آموزش برای شرکتکنندگان در فرآیند درمانی نوروفیدبک اشاره کرد.

بهینه سازی دمپر مغناطیسی دورانی هیبریدی با سطح قوسدار با کاربرد در پروتز زانو
این تحقیق روی طراحی بهینة مفهوم هیبرید از دمپر مغناطیسی دورانی با روتور T شکل و نیز سطح قوسدار بهعنوان پروتز زانو متمرکز است. در این پروتز بیومکانیکی زانو، از سیال مغناطیسی برای ایجاد گشتاور ترمزی متغیر وابسته به میدان مغناطیسی استفادهشده است. با اعمال میدان مغناطیسی، ویسکوزیتة سیال بهطور فعال برای دستیابی به گشتاور ترمزی موردنظر کنترل می شود. پس از توضیح مختصری دربارة پیکربندی دمپر مغناطیسی دورانی موردنظر، معادلات گشتاور قابل دستیابی ارائه شدهاند. در ادامه، مسئلة بهینهسازی با هدف یافتن مقدار بهینه برای ابعاد هندسی دمپر برای به حداکثر رساندن گشتاور ترمزی فعال بررسی میشود؛ درحالیکه گشتاور حالت غیرفعال و وزن دمپر در حد مجاز باشند. هدف این مقاله، رسیدن به حداکثر گشتاور ترمزی در حالت فعال به همراه به حداقل رساندن گشتاور حالت غیر فعال و وزن دمپر و همچنین دستیابی به چگالی شار یکنواخت با توجه به نوع کاربرد دمپر اشارهشده است. نتایج حاصل از دمپر مغناطیسی دورانی بهینهشده با دمپر مرجع مقایسه شدند و سپس توضیحاتی دربارة بهبود عملکرد آن ارائه خواهد شد.

ارائة مدلی برای ثابت زمانی دریچههای یونی در نورونها
ثابت زمانی مفهومی فیزیکی است که با استفاده از آن، معنا و مفهوم سرعت پاسخدهی یا سرعت عکسالعمل نتیجه میشود. یافتههای تجربی، وابستگی سرعت حرکت دریچههای یونی به ولتاژ غشا را نشانداده است. در این تحقیق، مدلی برای ثابت زمانی ولتاژ غشا در نورون ارائهشده است. مدل پیشنهادی در این مقاله، ابتدا در قالب یک قضیه مطرح شده و سپس این قضیه اثباتشده است. این قضیه نشان میدهد که میتوان مورفولوژیهای گوناگون سیر زمانی پتانسیل عمل در یک نورون را با تنظیم پارامترهای مدل پیشنهادی، شبیهسازی کرد. قضیه مطرحشده با ارائة مثالهایی از شبیهسازی سیر زمانی پتانسیل عمل در چند نورون و سلول نمونه، اعتبارسنجی شده است. با توجه به کلیت قضیة ارائهشده، مدل پیشنهادی برای ثابت زمانی میتواند هم برای سیستمهای زیستی و هم برای شبیهسازی در هر سیستم فیزیکی دیگر بهکار رود.

ارزیابی نقش فعالیت عضلة مولتیفیدوس گردنی در ایجاد فعالیتهای مختلف مفصل شانه
عضلة مولتیفیدوس گردنی یکی از عضلههای عمقی خلفی گردن شناخته میشود و نقش مهمی در ایجاد پایداری گردن دارد. با مشاهدة رفتارهای مختلف این عضله برای شش فعالیت مفصل شانه در مطالعة قبلی، مدلسازی رفتار آن در نرمافزار برای ارزیابی تأثیر فعالیت آن بر انقباضهای مفصل شانه، با ثابت بودن شرایط دیگر و بهصورت پارامتری، در مطالعة حاضر ارزیابیشده است. برای این منظور یک مدل بیومکانیکی از سیستم حرکتی انسان، شامل عضلههای ناحیة شانه، ساعد و دست در اندام فوقانی و 3 مفصل ، درنظرگرفته شد. پس از یافتن بیشترین نیرو در شش فعالیت مفصل شانه، شامل فلکشن، اکستنشن، اینترنال روتیشن، اکسترنال روتیشن، ابداکشن و ادداکشن، نیروهای 0، 25، 50، 75 و 100درصد از بیشترین نیرو برای هر فعالیت بهطور مجزا اعمال شدند و درصد فعالیت عضلة مولتیفیدوس و عضلههای شانه بهدست آمد. همچنین با محاسبة بازوی گشتاوری موثر برای عضلهها، گشتاور واردشده از طرف آنها در فعالیتها محاسبه شد. بررسی رابطة نیروی عضلة مولتیفیدوس و درصد انقباض با استفاده از مدل رگرسیونی، همبستگی بالایی بین این دو عامل در فعالیتهای ابداکشن، اکسترنال روتیشن و اکستنشن نشان داد (997/0-96/0=R2 ). همچنین گشتاور ایجادشده توسط این عضله در ابداکشن و اکسترنال روتیشن، بیشتر از گشتاور عضلههای اصلی انجامدهندة فعالیت است. این مطالعه نشان میدهد که سوء عمل عضلة مولتیفیدوس گردنی علاوه بر ایجاد اختلال در محدودة حرکتی گردن، میتواند بر فعالیتهای مفصل شانه نیز اثر گذارد، که باید این امر را در محدودة باربرداری بدون خطر برای افراد مبتلا به گردندرد درنظرگرفت.

WSS در برخی زمانها قادر به بیان گرفتگی عروق نیست؛ در حالیکه OSI تنش برشی را بدون درنظرگرفتن میانگین زمانی بردار تنش برشی بیان میکند. بیشتر شبیهسازیهای دینامیک سیالات محاسباتی (CFD) برای هندسة دوشاخه شدن کرونر چپ اصلی انجامشده است و تاکنون به بررسی کل درخت کرونر چپ پرداخته نشده است. در این مطالعه، یک مدل سهبعدی کامل از درخت کرونر چپ شامل کرونر چپ اصلی، کرونر نزولی قدامی چپ و انشعابات آن، سیرکمفلکس چپ و انشعابات آن ایجاد شد. اثرات حرکت قلب بر دیوارة عروق کرونر چپ اعمال شد. تجزیه و تحلیل المان محدود از معادلات جریان ناویر استوکس برای جریان ضربانی و رفتار غیرنیوتنی از خون صورت گرفت. توزیع تنشهای برشی و توزیع OSI روی دیوارة عروق، نتایج بهدستآمده از این تحقیق هستند. مقایسة این نتایج با اطلاعات بالینی نشان داد که مناطق با تنش برشی متوسط 1.50 [Pa] و کمتر از آن در حضور OSI بیشتر از 0.3، میتواند مناطق پر خطر در تشکیل پلاکهای AS محسوب شود. بنابراین میتوان پیشبینی کرد که علاوه بر ناحیة انشعاب LCxA-LMCA (که در بسیاری از تحقیقات اعلام شدهاند)، نواحی دیگری در درخت شریانی کرونر چپ ازجمله ناحیة LAD بعد از انشعاب سوم و ناحیة انشعاب LCxA-OM، نواحی با خطر بالا خواهند بود.

طراحی بهینة یک اورتز زانو مجهز به عملگرهای الاستیک سری
تعریف مسئله: بررسیهای آماری نشان میدهند که بیماریها، تصادفات، سوانح و جنگها از عوامل پایهای در افزایش معلولان در جهان هستند که از میان آنها، بخش عمدهای از معلولیتهای نقص عضو در اندامهای حرکتی و بهخصوص در عضوهای زیر زانو مشاهده میشود. چاقی مفرط، کم تحرکی، انجام ندادن حرکات ورزشی مناسب و همچنین ابتلا به برخی بیماریها، از عواملی هستند که موجب ضعف زانو و چنین عوارضی می شود و عدم تحمل گشتاورهای بالا در مفصل زانو از عواقب آن است. در این تحقیق، علاوهبر بررسی رفتار دینامیکی اجزای یک پای سالم در طول حرکت در گیت قدم زدن، توان مکانیکی لازم برای توانمندسازی زانوی ضعیفی تعیین میشود که عضلات آن میتوانند تنها تا 50 درصد از حداکثر گشتاور لازم برای قدم زدن، مانند یک پای سالم، را اعمال کنند. راه حل: برای توانبخشی زانوی اشارهشده، یک اورتز زانو از نوع کنترل فعال طراحیشده است. در طرح پیشنهادی، اورتز از ترکیب یک عملگر الکترومکانیکی و یک عامل الاستیک تشکیلشده است که در یک سازة سبک چهار میلهای مفصلبندی شده به همدیگر متصل شدهاند. نتایج: با بررسی طرحهای مختلفی که تنها ضریب کشسانی عامل الاستیک در آنها متفاوت است، بهترین طرح انتخاب و مدول کشسانی فنر آن با توجه به قیدهای هندسی و مکانیکی طرح، 7 کیلونیوتون بر متر تعیین شد. در این شرایط، بیشینه گشتاور قابل اعمال توسط زانو تا 34 درصد افزایشیافته است.
