تعیین اثر بازخورد بر منابع عصبی مولفهی P300
نتایج تحقیقات پیشین حاکی از تاثیر یادگیری (پاداش/تنبیه) روی ویژگیهای پتانسیل وابسته به رویداد P300 است. در این تحقیق با اعمال الگوریتمهای مکانیابی روی مولفهی P300 استخراج شده از کانالها، تاثیر بازخورد در منابع مغزی مولفهی P300 به صورت دقیقتری اندازهگیری شده است. در این راستا، سیگنالهای EEG از 30 فرد سالم در هنگام انجام آزمونهای دیداری و شنیداری با استفاده از 30 الکترود سطحی (از جنس نقره) در سه فاز شروع (30 دقیقه)، بازخورد (90-60 دقیقه) و پایان (30 دقیقه) ثبت شده است. تعداد محرکهای دیداری و شنیداری برای تمامی افراد در فاز بازخورد به صورت یکسان اعمال شده تا شرکت کنندگان بتوانند محرکهای دیداری و شنیداری را شناسایی کنند. در این فاز، شرکت کنندگان برای پاسخهای نادرست جریمه شده به طوری که به ازای هر پاسخ نادرست، چهار آزمون دیگر به این فاز اضافه میشود. سپس الگوهای P300 با استفاده از میانگینگیری گستردهی زمانی روی تمامی افراد استخراج شده است. در ادامه از الگوریتمهای مکانیابی استاندارد توموگرافی الکترومغناطیس با رزولوشن پایین (sLORETA) و sLORETA کاهش دهنده برای تخمین فعالیت منابع مغزی P300 استفاده شده است. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل منابع مولفهی P300 بازخورد، حاکی از افزایش معنیدار و قابل توجه تغییرات، به خصوص در نواحی آهیانهای-خلفی راست (نواحی ارتباطی ثانویه) در منابع مولفهی P300 بازخورد در مقایسه با منابع مغزی مولفهی P300 تحریک در آزمون دیداری است اما این اختلاف در آزمون شنیداری معنادار نمیباشد. اختلاف بین آزمون دیداری و شنیداری این فرضیه را تایید میکند که شرکت کنندگان اشتباه پاسخ دادن در آزمونهای شنیداری را محتمل دانسته و با اطمینان بیشتری به آزمونهای دیداری پاسخ دادهاند.

اثر تحریک الکتریکی فراجمجمهای جریان مستقیم روی فعالیتهای قشرمغز: مدل محاسباتی نورون-آستروسیت
تحریک الکتریکی جریان مستقیم فراجمجمهای (tDCS) یک روش غیرتهاجمی تحریک مغزی است که نسبت به سایر تکنیکهای تنظیم فعالیت عصبی، مقرونبهصرفه بوده و دارای کارکرد سادهای میباشد. با وجود امیدبخش بودن این روش در درمان مشکلات و بیماریهای عصبشناختی و ارتقای عملکردهای شناختی، هنوز سازوکار دقیق نحوهی اثرگذاری این تحریک زیرآستانهای مشخص نشده است. شناخت این سازوکار از این لحاظ حائز اهمیت است که به طراحی پروتکل و سیستم مناسب جهت دستیابی به اثر مطلوب از تحریک الکتریکی مغز کمک میکند. هدف مقالهی حاضر، شناخت این سازوکار با رویکرد مدلسازی نورونی است. از آنجا که نتایج برخی از تحقیقات فیزیولوژیکی نشان دادهاند که در اثر tDCS، نوسانات ناگهانی کلسیم مربوط به سیگنالینگ کلسیم سلول آستروسیت در مغز بروز پیدا میکند، در مدل پیشنهادی، این سلول نیز در کنار نورونهای اصلی و نورونهای میانی در نظر گرفته شده است. هدف این مدل، شبیهسازی اثر tDCS روی فعالیت قشری مربوط به پتانسیل پاسخ برانگیخته (ERP) و مقایسهی آن با نتایج واقعی در مطالعات آزمایشگاهی گذشته روی موش صحرایی است. نتایج نشان میدهد که این مدل میتواند تمام شواهد مطالعات آزمایشگاهی را شبیهسازی کند، در حالی که مدل صرفا نورونی پیشنهاد شده در مطالعات گذشته توانایی شبیهسازی تمام شواهد را نداشته است.

طراحی و شبیهسازی پمپ گریز از مرکز کوچک کمک بطنی راست
امروزه با پیشرفت تکنولوژی و زندگی ماشینی، تعداد مبتلایان به بیماریهای قلبی در حال افزایش است. از طرفی تعداد قلبهای آمادهی پیوند در دنیا محدود میباشد. بنابراین استفاده از پمپهای قلبی برای کمک به بیمار در طول زمان انتظار و حتی تا آخر عمر، جایگزین مناسبی به شمار میرود. پمپهای کمکی قلب باید توانایی برآورده کردن نیازهای بیولوژیکی مانند فشار و دبی مناسب قلب را داشته باشند و همچنین از نظر آسیبهای خونی در ناحیهی امن قرار گیرند. از چالشهای مهم در طراحی پمپهای کمک قلبی میتوان به کوچک کردن ابعاد پمپ، کاهش زمان ماندگاری خون در داخل پمپ و کاهش آسیبهای خونی مانند خونکافت اشاره کرد. در 30% از بیمارانی که تحت عمل جراحی جایگذاری پمپ کمکی بطن چپ قرار گرفتهاند، پس از مدتی بطن راست آنها نیز دچار نارسایی شده و به پمپ کمکی بطن راست نیاز بیدا کردهاند. از جمله محدودیتهای فیزولوژیکی برای جریان ریوی، تولید فشار 15-25 میلیمتر جیوه و دبی 5 لیتر بر دقیقه میباشد. شایان ذکر است که تولید فشار بیش از 25 میلیمتر جیوه منجر به ایجاد فشار خون در شریان ریوی و مشکلات متاثر از آن خواهد شد. در این پژوهش یک پمپ قلبی گریز از مرکز با تمرکز روی هندسهی پره برای بطن راست طراحی شده است. این پمپ با استفاده از دینامیک سیالات محاسباتی برای سرعتهای دورانی 1500 و 2000 دور در دقیقه و دبیهای 4-6 لیتر بر دقیقه شبیهسازی شده است. پمپ طراحی شده، دبی 5 لیتر بر دقیقه در سرعت دورانی 1500 دور در دقیقه و فشار 23 میلیمتر جیوه را تولید میکند. میزان شاخص خونکافت محاسبه شده با استفاده از روش لاگرانژی برابر با 00413/0 است.

ارزیابی مدلهای غیرخطی مبتنی بر توابع کرنل برای رمزگشایی نیرو با استفاده از سیگنالهای پتانسیل میدانی محلی
کنترل پروتز عصبی به منظور بازیابی عملکرد دست افراد مبتلا به فلج اندامهای فوقانی، یکی از کاربردهای مهم سیستمهای BCI میباشد. توانایی گرفتن اجسام، از ابتداییترین نیازها برای انجام کارهای روزانه بوده و از این رو برای عملکرد صحیح پروتز عصبی، لازم است تا کاربر بتواند مقدار نیروی لازم برای گرفتن اجسام را کنترل کند. به همین دلیل افزایش دقت رمزگشایی پیوستهی نیرو موضوعی مهم برای عملکرد صحیح این نوع سیستمهای BCI میباشد. در اغلب پژوهشهای صورت گرفته در زمینهی رمزگشایی نیرو از مدلهای خطی مانند فیلتر وینر، فیلتر کالمن و PLS استفاده شده و تا کنون تاثیر استفاده از مدلهای غیرخطی بر دقت رمزگشایی نیرو مورد بررسی قرار نگرفته است. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تاثیر استفاده از مدلهای رگرسیون غیرخطی مبتنی بر توابع کرنل بر دقت رمزگشایی نیروی دست موش صحرایی با استفاده از سیگنالهای پتانسیل میدانی محلی میباشد. بدین منظور روشهای رگرسیون ستیغی، PCR و PLS در نظر گرفته شده و با استفاده از تابع کرنل گوسی، از تعمیمیافتهی غیرخطی آنها برای تخمین پیوستهی نیرو بهره گرفته شده است. ارزیابی و مقایسهی روشهای رگرسیون ستیغی کرنلی، PCR کرنلی و PLS کرنلی نشان میدهد که در نظر گرفتن ارتباطات غیرخطی بین ویژگیهای سیگنال مغزی، دقت رمزگشایی نیرو را نسبت به مدلهای خطی بهبود میبخشد. درصد بهبود میانگین ضریب R2 برابر با 7/12% برای روش رگرسیون ستیغی کرنلی نسبت به روش ستیغی، 5/25% برای روش PCR کرنلی نسبت به PCR و 1/19% برای روش PLS کرنلی نسبت به PLS به دست آمده است. بهترین دقت رمزگشایی نیرو نیز به ازای روش رگرسیون ستیغی کرنلی، با میانگین ضریب همبستگی 72% و مقدار R2 برابر با 62/0 به دست آمده است.

انتخاب ویژگی مبتنی بر تئوری اطلاعات برای انتخاب ژنهای موثر در تشخیص نوع سرطان با استفاده از دادههای ریزآرایه
انتخاب ویژگی یکی از فرایندهای پیشپردازش دادهها در مباحث مربوط به یادگیری ماشین و دادهکاوی به شمار میرود که در برخی زمینهها مانند کار با دادههای ریزآرایه در بیوانفورماتیک که با مشکل ابعاد بالای دادهها در مقابل تعداد کم نمونهها مواجه است، از اهمیت ویژهای برخوردار میباشد. انتخاب ویژگیهای (ژنهای) موثر در تشخیص بیماری از دادههای ریزآرایه نقش مهمی در تشخیص زودهنگام بیماری و راههای مواجهه با آن ایفا میکند. در روشهای انتخاب ویژگی مبتنی بر تئوری اطلاعات که طیف گستردهای از روشهای انتخاب ویژگی را شامل میشوند، از مفهوم بینظمی برای تعریف معیارهای مرتبط بودن، افزونگی و مکمل بودن ویژگیها استفاده میشود. در این مقاله به جای بینظمی از مفهوم پیوستگی خالص برای پیشنهاد یک معیار جدید مرتبط بودن استفاده شده است. در این معیار پیشنهادی، برای کنترل و کاهش افزونگی، ارتباط یک ویژگی با تکتک کلاسها به طور جداگانه بررسی شده است در حالی که در اکثر روشهای فیلتر، ارزش یک ویژگی بر اساس ارتباط آن با کل کلاسها سنجیده میشود. این راهکار باعث شده که ویژگیهای موثر در هر کلاس به تفکیک شناسایی شوند، در حالی که امکان شناسایی ویژگیهای مشترک نیز وجود دارد. یکی دیگر از مشکلهای موجود در برخی از روشها، مسالهی گسستهسازی دادهها است. در روش پیشنهادی این مقاله، با استفاده از یک تبدیل مبتنی بر یکریختی، ضمن استفاده از مزایای گسستهسازی، از درگیر شدن با پیچیدگیهای آن نیز اجتناب شده است. برای مقایسهی روش پیشنهادی با تعدادی از روشهای مرتبط، از هفت مجموعهی دادهی ریزآرایه مربوط به انواع سرطان به همراه سه دستهبند پرکاربرد بیزین ساده، k-نزدیکترین همسایه و ماشین بردار پشتیبان استفاده شده است. نتایج تجربی نشان دهندهی کارایی روش ارائه شده بر اساس دو پارامتر دقت دستهبندی و تعداد ژنهای انتخابی میباشد.

مدلسازی عددی سامانهی دارورسانی هوشمند چندلایهی پاسخگو به دما در حالت ناپایا
در این تحقیق، نحوهی پاسخدهی سامانهی نوین دارورسانی پاسخگو به عامل تحریک تکگانهی دما مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و عملکرد سامانه در حالت ناپایا به روش عددی مدلسازی شده است. این سامانه از سه لایهی مجرا (شامل هستهی دارویی)، لایهی میانی تغییر فاز دهنده و لایهی محافظ بیرونی تشکیل شده است. سامانهی مورد نظر قابلیت انجام و قطع رهایش دارو با اعمال تغییر در دمای محیط رهایش را دارا بوده و دارو با استفاده از یک مکانیسم روشن-خاموش قابل آزادسازی از سامانه است. مدلسازی ریاضی با حل عددی معادلات انتقال حرارت و جرم حاکم بر لایههای مختلف سامانه در حالت ناپایا انجام شده و تاخیر زمانی سامانه در حالت روشن، سینتیک رهایش دارو در حالت روشن و همچنین سینتیک رهایش ناخواستهی دارو در حالت خاموش، به عنوان توابعی از پارامترهای مختلف سامانه به دست آمده است. نتایج حاصل از این مدلسازی نشان میدهد که عواملی چون ابعاد سامانه، نوع مواد تشکیل دهندهی لایههای میانی و محافظ و نسبت ضریب هدایت حرارتی لایهی میانی در حالت ذوب شده به لایهی محافظ، از جمله عوامل مهم تاثیرگذار بر پاسخگویی سامانه در قبال تغییر دمای محیط بوده و با تغییر این عوامل، کاهش در تاخیر زمانی سامانه برای شروع رهایش دارو امکانپذیر است. از منظر سینتیک رهایش دارو در حالت روشن میتوان عنوان نمود که مقدار داروی آزاد شده، تابعی از ثابت زمانی سامانه بوده و برای افزایش مقدار داروی آزاد شده در این حالت باید ثابت زمانی سامانه کاهش داده شود. همچنین نتایج نشان میدهد که برای تسریع رهایش ناخواستهی داروی موجود در لایهی محافظ در حالت خاموش و اتمام سریع رهایش، باید متغیرهای مربوط به لایهی محافظ مانند نوع و ضخامت آن تغییر داده شود. با استفاده از نتایج حاصل از این مدلسازی عددی میتوان سامانههای دارورسانی هوشمند پاسخگو به دما با ویژگیهای مطلوب و مورد نظر را برای مصارف عملی، طراحی و تولید کرد.

بررسی تعادل دینامیکی راه رفتن با استفاده از مدل هفت عضوی در فاز تکتکیهگاهی بر اساس احتمال تحقق
کنترل تعادل، یک هدف زمینهای در فعالیتهای وضعیت ایستادهی بدن بوده که پایش، تحلیل و دخالت به منظور بهبود آن، موضوع بخشی از پژوهشهای حوزهی بیومکانیک حرکات انسان قرار گرفته است. در مطالعات روی مبحث تعادل انسان با رویکرد کمی، آگاهی از میزان تعادل از نظر عددی در یک وضعیت بدن یا هر لحظه در طول یک مسیر حرکت، ضروری میباشد. در این پژوهش یک معیار کمی جدید برای بیان میزان پایداری وضعیت در طول چرخهی راه رفتن پیشنهاد شده است. مبنای این معیار کمی، احتمال تحقق یا موفقیت دینامیکی در به پایان رساندن فاز پرواز بدون از دست رفتن تعادل و بدون شروع فرایند زمین خوردن است. احتمال موفقیت دینامیکی راه رفتن روی یک مدل هفت عضوی با جرم گسترده مدلسازی و محاسبه شده است. در این مطالعه، حرکت در این فاز بـه صورت حرکتـی بهینه با توجه به حفظ حداکثری تعادل در کنار تامین قیود سینماتیک و توجه به انرژی مصرفی، سطح تحریک ماهیچهای و تغییرات تحریک، از طریق در نظر گرفتن وزنهایی برای احتمال موفقیت اجرای حرکت، مصرف انرژی و به دست آوردن طول گام بهینه، به طوری که هم قید تعادل حداکثری و هم مصرف انرژی حداقل لحاظ شده باشد، محاسبه شده است. برای مثال، طول گام بهینه با در نظر گرفتن قید حداکثر کمیت تعادل برای یک فرد با قد 187 سانتیمتر و وزن 92 کیلوگرم در طول گام 27 سانتیمتر به دست آمده است. سرعت راه رفتن یکی از عوامل تاثیرگذار بر حفظ تعادل است به طوری که هر چه میانگین سرعت مرکز جرم افزایش یابد احتمال حفظ تعادل کمتر خواهد شد. بنابراین به منظور در نظر گرفتن ماکسیمم سرعت میانگین مرکز جرم در کنار حفظ تعادل حداکثری، طول گام بهینه برابر با 46 سانتیمتر محاسبه شده است.
