In this project, we propose three new algorithms for pupil and iris detection, lips localization and eyes state analysis, which we incorporate into a four step system for drowsiness detection: face detection, drowsiness parameters extraction from eyes, drowsiness parameter extraction from mouth and drowsiness level determination. Many current efforts, which are based on face analysis, focus only on using a single visual cue to characterize driver's state of alertness. This approach that relies on a single visual cue may encounter difficulty when the required visual features cannot be acquired accurately or reliably. There are few systems that use several visual cues to characterize driver's state of alertness. These systems are based on IR illuminators or training data. IR illuminators can be hazardous to eye health. Thus, our proposed system determines drowsiness level using a combination of several visual cues and contextual information. Also, it requires no training data at any step or IR illuminators. We analyzed and compared different parts of the systems with other methods using IMM, HCE, CVL database and 30 video sequences in two drowsy and active states from 15 persons. Finally, we achieved excellent drowsiness level results from the study population. We determined drowsiness level as follows: 1. The eyes and mouth state (detecting whether they were open or closed) was analyzed as 94.3% and 95.1 %, respectively; 2. Drowsiness level was determined in different situations such as normal blinking, fast blinking, normal speaking, yawning and long eye closure and 3. The participants were given a warning message when the drowsiness level reached over the threshold of 0.95. }, keywords = {Skin,Eye,Drowsiness,Iris,Mouth,Pupil}, title_fa = {آنالیز تصاویر چهره به منظور تشخیص خواب آلودگی}, abstract_fa = {تشخیص خواب آلودگی در موارد زیادی از جمله کاهش تصادفات جاده ای اهمیت دارد. در این مقاله، الگوریتم های جدیدی به منظور تعیین مکان مردمک ها و دایره های عنبیه، لب ها و تشخیص وضعیت باز و بسته بودن چشم ها ارائه می شود که در نهایت بر اساس آنالیز چهره (باز و بسته بودن چشم ها و دهان) میزان سطح خواب آلودگی فرد تعیین می شود. در بیشتر روش های مبتنی بر آنالیز چهره با استفاده از یک پارامتر، خواب آلودگی فرد تشخیص داده شده است. روش های معدودی وجود دارند که از چندین پارامتر برای تشخیص خواب آلودگی استفاده می کنند و آنها نیز مبتنی بر داده های آموزشی و روشنگرهای مادون قرمزند. استفاده طولانی مدت از این روشنگر ها موجب آسیب شبکیه چشم می شود. بنابراین در این مقاله از روشنگرهای مادون قرمز استفاده نخواهد شد. همچنین با ترکیب چند پارامتر خواب آلودگی و عوامل محیطی، میزان سطح خواب آلودگی با دقت بالایی بدون نیاز به داده های آموزشی و سخت افزار خاص تعیین می شود. روش پیشنهادی به منظور تشخیص خواب آلودگی شامل 4 مرحله تشخیص ناحیه چهره، تعیین معیارهای خواب آلودگی به کمک چشم ها، تعیین معیار خواب آلودگی به وسیله دهان و تشخیص میزان سطح خواب آلودگی شخص است. مراحل مختلف روش پیشنهادی با روش های پیشین در شرایط متفاوت نوری و محیطی به وسیله مجموعه داده هایIMM ، HCE،CVL و 30 فیلم گرفته شده از 15 نفر مقایسه شده اند. در نهایت نیز قابلیت تشخیص سطح خواب آلودگی به وسیله روش پیشنهادی در 15 فرد خواب آلوده به طور موفقیت آمیز ارزیابی شده است. بدین صورت که در ابتدا وضعیت باز و بسته بودن چشم ها و دهان به ترتیب 94.3% و 95.1% درست تشخیص داده شده اند. سپس میزان سطح خواب آلودگی شخص در حالت های مختلف پلک زدن عادی، پلک زدن تند، صحبت کردن عادی، خمیازه کشیدن و بسته بودن طولانی مدت چشم ها مشخص شده است. در نهایت نیز اگر میزان سطح خواب آلودگی به دست آمده از حد آستانه 95% تجاوز کند، به شخص هشدار داده می شود.}, keywords_fa = {پوست,چشم,خواب آلودگی,عنبیه,دهان,مردمک}, url = {https://www.ijbme.org/article_13432.html}, eprint = {} }
