There were no differences in the age, weight and height between the patients and normal subjects (p > 0.05). Each subject was tested in average 10±2 times for calculating the kinetic parameters derived from ground reaction forces. Then time parameters and vertical components of force including three extremums of vertical forces, which state various phases in gait, anterior-posterior component of ground reaction force, maximum propulsion force, maximum breaking force during loading stage, maximum propulsion force in the end phase of terminal stance, impact derived from the contact of the patient' foot with floor, loading rate and unloading of vertical forces during the contact' phase of the patient's foot with floor and center of pressure displacement in sole of foot and friction' coefficient between foot and floor were calculated. The results revealed that correlation between the first and second peaks of the anterior-posterior component of ground reaction forces, center of pressure displacement pattern in the sole of foot and time parameters of the vertical forces can be good indexes for differential diagnoses and measuring the degree of disabilities. This research can extend the clinical applications of ground reaction force plate, introduce suitable criteria to limit differential diagnoses and measure the degree of disabilities among the neuropathies. There is a need to replicate this research with more patients and normal subjects to confirm our findings. }, keywords = {Neuropathy,Drop foot,Center of pressure,gait,kinetic,Disorder intensity}, title_fa = {بررسی کاربرد بالینی صفحه سنجش نیروی عکس العمل زمین به منظور پیشگویی شدت بیماری و محدود کردن تشخیص افتراقی در راه رفتن اسبی}, abstract_fa = {در این مطالعه متغیرهای سینتیکی حاصل از نیروهای عکس العمل زمین برای محدود کردن تشخیص های افتراقی در بیماران نوروپاتی و اندازه گیری شدت ناتوانایی در طی گام برداشتن ارزیابی شده است. 25 بیمار نوروپاتی با راه رفتن اسبی و 20 فرد سالم در این مطالعه شرکت کردند که از نظر متغیرهای قد، وزن، سن بین دو گروه تفاوت معناداری وجودنداشت ( .(P<0.05هر شرکت کننده به طور میانگین 2±10 بار برای محاسبه متغیرهای سینتیکی نیروهای عکس العمل زمین مورد آزمایش قرارگرفت. سپس پارامترهای زمانی و نیرویی مولفه های نیروی عمودی عکس العمل زمین که بیانگر فازهای مختلف راه رفتن هستند، متغیرهای زمانی و نیروی قدامی– خلفی نیروی عکس العمل زمین، بیشترین نیروی رانش پا به جلو، بیشترین نیروی توقف در خلال مرحله بارگذاری و حداکثر نیروی خلفی شتاب گیرنده در انتهای فاز ترمینال استنس، ضربه حاصل از برخورد پای بیمار با زمین، نرخ بارگذاری و باربرداری نیروهای عمودی طی فاز تماس پا با زمین و جابجایی مرکز فشار در کف پا وضریب اصطکاک بین پا و زمین محاسبه شدند. نتیجه این تحقیق نشان داد که همبستگی میان اولین و دومین قله مولفه های قدامی-خلفی نیروهای عکس العمل زمین، الگوی جابجایی مرکز فشار در کف پا و متغیرهای زمانی نیروی عکس العمل می توانند شاخص های خوبی برای تشخیص افتراقی و اندازه گیری شدت ناتوانایی ها باشند. این مطالعه می تواند سبب گسترش کاربردهای بالینی صفحات سنجش نیروی عکس العمل زمین و معرفی معیارهای مناسبی برای محدود کردن تشخیص های افتراقی و اندازه گیری شدت ناتوانایی ها در نوروپاتی ها گردد. گسترش مطالعات با نمونه های بیشتری از افراد بیمار و سالم برای تایید یافته های این پژوهش ضروری به نظر می رسد.}, keywords_fa = {نوروپاتی,افتادگی پا,مرکز فشار,راه رفتن,سینتیک,شدت بیماری}, url = {https://www.ijbme.org/article_13459.html}, eprint = {https://www.ijbme.org/article_13459_9bcae7a715fa61f76955ab7e3893433e.pdf} }
