One way to overcome this problem is to create a microfluidic network of channels inside the porous scaffold. These channels can both enhance the oxygenation and produce a mold for the natural vessels created by the angiogenesis cells. In this paper the dissolved oxygen distribution inside a 2D scaffold, which contains bifurcation based microfluidic channels, has been simulated by the means of computational fluid dynamics. To achieve this, the liquid flow and oxygen transport equations have been solved with considerations to the boundary conditions and suitable parameters. The oxygen transport has been found for the static scaffold, and the scaffolds made from the 0 order to third order of bifurcation with a bifurcation angle of 45 degrees. The results have shown that the scaffold with the second order of bifurcation has a better oxygen distribution and also more free area for the cell proliferation, which is consistent with the references. Next, the bifurcation angle was reduced to 35 degrees for the second order scaffold which resulted in an increase in the non-hypoxic area. Generally, by designing optimized angle of bifurcation based channels, a significant area can be oxygenated, while there will be sufficient surface available for cell proliferations.}, keywords = {Tissue engineering,Scaffold,Microfluidics,Oxygenation,Simulation}, title_fa = {شبیه‌سازی توزیع اکسیژن در داربست دارای شبکه‌ی کانال‌های میکروفلوییدیکی برای استفاده در مهندسی بافت}, abstract_fa = {علی‌رغم پیشرفت‌های حاصل در مهندسی بافت، یکی از مشکلات تولید بافت‌های ضخیم، نحوه‌ی اکسیژن‌رسانی به سلول‌های عمقی بافت مهندسی‌شده و ایجاد شبکه‌های رگی درون بافت‌ها می‌باشد‍‍. یکی از راه‌های مقابله با این مشکل، ایجاد شبکه‌ی کانال‌های میکروفلوییدیک درون داربست متخلخل می‌باشد، که این کانال‌ها می‌توانند علاوه بر بهبود اکسیژن‌رسانی‌، قالبی را برای ایجاد رگ‌های طبیعی حاصل از رشد سلول‌های رگ‌زا فراهم آورند. در این مقاله، توزیع اکسیژن محلول در آب در یک داربست دوبعدی دارای کانال‌های میکروفلوییدیکی شاخه‌ای با استفاده از دینامیک سیالات محاسباتی شبیه‌سازی شده است. بدین منظور، معادلات جریان مایع و انتقال اکسیژن با استفاده از شرایط مرزی، شرایط اولیه و پارامترهای مناسب حل شده‌اند. توزیع اکسیژن در داربست بدون کانال و داربست‌های دارای کانال برای مراحل صفرم تا سوم دو شاخه‌شدن با زاویه‌ی شاخه‌ای ۴۵ درجه به دست آمده است. نتایج نشان داد که یک کانال با دو مرحله‌ی شاخه‌ای، توزیع اکسیژن مناسب به همراه سطح آزاد کافی برای رشد سلول‌ها را فراهم می‌کند، که مطابق با مراجع می‌باشد. در ادامه، زاویه‌ی دو شاخه‌ای در ساختار دو مرحله‌ای به ۳۵ کاهش داده شد که افزایش سطح غیرهایپوکسیک را به همراه داشت. به صورت کلی، با طراحی بهینه‌ی زاویه‌ی کانال‌های شاخه‌ای در داربست، می‌توان سطح قابل توجهی از داربست را اکسیژن‌رسانی نمود، در حالی‌که سطح کافی برای رشد سلول‌ها نیز وجود داشته باشد.}, keywords_fa = {مهندسی بافت,داربست,میکروفلوییدیک,اکسیژن‌رسانی,شبیه‌سازی}, url = {https://www.ijbme.org/article_30885.html}, eprint = {https://www.ijbme.org/article_30885_544f8965738c9713d65b5159760e05f7.pdf} }
