Recently, using printers for the fabrication of 3D scaffold with a structural arrangement of fibers has been extensively developed, because it is possible to define the structure of scaffold geometry before manufacturing. The aim of this study was the investigation of the effective geometrical parameters on the 3D symmetric porous scaffold from the mass and momentum transport phenomena point of view. In this way, the mass and momentum transfer equations were solved using COMSOL Multiphysics software. In 3D scaffolds, the optimum model is the one that can provide a more appropriate environment for the cultured cells leading an increase in the attached cell number. The oxygen concentration reaching the bone cells should be greater than 0.02 mol/m3 in order to prevent cell death. Moreover, the fluid shear stress regime must be such that (between 10-5 to 10-3 Pa) it could not cause cell detachment. After studying the results of the simulation and changing the different parameters such as fiber diameter, fiber distance and the width of the channels, the appropriate structure was obtained regarding maximum shear stress and minimum oxygen concentration, and then the effect of fluid flow rate on maximum shear stress was examined for the appropriate structure. The optimized model with a fiber diameter of 0.25 mm, a fiber distance of 0.25 mm, and a channel width of 0.25 mm was proposed that fluid flow inlet velocity was 5×10-5 m/s.}, keywords = {3D Scaffold,Simulation,COMSOL Multiphysics,Shear stress,Oxygen concentration}, title_fa = {شبیه‌سازی انتقال مومنتوم و جرم در داربست سه‌بعدی متخلخل}, abstract_fa = {کشت موفقیت‌آمیز سلول در داربست‌های سه‌بعدی با سایز بزرگ یکی از چالش‌های مهم در مهندسی بافت بوده و نیازمند کنترل محیط از نظر خواص فیزیکی، شیمیایی و مکانیکی است. اخیرا استفاده از چاپ‌گرها جهت ساخت داربستهای سهبعدی با استفاده از آرایش ساختاری فیبرها بسیار توسعه یافته است، چرا که امکان مشخص کردن طرح ساختاری هندسه‌ی داربست قبل از ساخت را فراهم می‌سازد. هدف این مطالعه، آنالیز و بررسی پارامترهای موثر هندسی داربست سهبعدی متخلخل از نظر انتقال جرم و مومنتوم بوده که در این راستا برای حل معادلات انتقال مومنتوم و جرم از نرم‌افزار کامسول استفاده شده است. در داربستهای سه‌بعدی، ساختاری بهینه است که محیط مناسب‌تری را برای سلول‌های کشت شده فراهم سازد تا تعداد سلول‌های قرار گرفته در داربست افزایش یابد. غلظت اکسیژنی که به سلولهای استخوان میرسد باید بیش‌تر از 02/0 مول‌برمترمکعب باشد تا سلولها دچار مرگ نشوند. نکته‌ی مهم دیگر این است که تنش برشی وارد بر سلولها از طرف جریان سیال باید به حدی باشد (بین 5-10 تا 3-10 پاسکال) که سلولها از سطح داربست کنده و جدا نشوند. پس از تغییر پارامترهای هندسی مختلف مانند قطر و فاصله‌ی فیبرها و عرض عبور سیال از بین فیبرها و بررسی نتایج حاصل از شبیه‌سازی، ساختار مناسب از نظر حداکثر تنش برشی وارد بر سلولها و حداقل غلظت اکسیژن به دست آمده و سپس تاثیر سرعت سیال ووردی بر حداکثر تنش برشی در این ساختار مناسب بررسی شده است. در این ساختار بهینه، قطر فیبرها برابر با 25/0 میلی‌متر، فاصله‌ی بین فیبرها برابر با 25/0 میلی‌متر و عرض عبور سیال برابر با 25/0 میلی‌متر بوده و سرعت ورود سیال برابر با 5-10×5 متربرثانیه می‌باشد.}, keywords_fa = {داربست سه‌بعدی,شبیه‌سازی,نرم‌افزار کامسول,تنش برشی,غلظت اکسیژن}, url = {https://www.ijbme.org/article_38183.html}, eprint = {https://www.ijbme.org/article_38183_4d4781cb74b3d196268d7b408b7c4ca4.pdf} }
