چکیده

در این مقاله به شرح سیستمی پرداخته شده‌ است که دست‌‌یابی به آهنگ تنفس و ضربان قلب بیماران به صورت بی‌‌سیم را میسر می‌کند. بدین منظور از سیگنال حجم‌‌نگار نوری (PPG) نوک انگشتی استفاده شده ‌است. سیگنال PPG با استفاده از پروب متصل به انگشت بیمار ثبت شده؛ پس از عبور از بخش پردازش‌گر با فرستنده به صورت بی‌‌سیم به بخش گیرنده ارسال می‌‌شود. در مجموع 16 واحد فرستنده در آن واحد می‌‌توانند داده‌‌های خود را از طریق یک گیرنده مشترک به رایانه مرکزی ارسال کنند. رایانه مرکزی، آهنگ‌‌های ضربان قلب وتنفس هر بیمار را استخراج می‌کند و از طریق صفحه نمایش، نشان می‌‌دهد.

چکیده English

In this article a wireless patient monitoring system for vital signs (respiratory rate and heart beat) is presented. The recorded biosignal is the photoplethysmogram using a probe attached to the patient's finger. This signal is amplified, filtered and digitized by an on-board processor unit before finally being sent wirelessly via a transmitter. The capacity of the current system is 16 patients whose data can be received through a common receiver by a central server which measures and displays the heart beat and respiratory rate for each patient on the monitor.
